One of the best experiences of our trip to Alaska. - One of the best experiences of our trip to Alaska. Devon provided friendly travel to the launch site. He was clearly focused on serving our needs. Matt our kayak guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and ensure we stayed safe and reasonably dry in our kayaks (despite the stormy conditions). A wonderful escape from the cruise ship and touristy dock into the Alaska wilds.

Great trip - Devon(the owner) took us (family and friends) out to the cove. He spotted a humpback whale on the way so turned back just in time to see a full breach!!! At the cove Matt took us out kayaking, showing us starfish, eagles, and harbor seals. He was amazing with my 5 year old granddaughter. This is our second time kayaking with this company and it’s the only one we will use in Ketchikan

Wonderful experience with Zach! - We had a private tour, by luck, and our guide Zach really helped make the most of it by taking us around for quite a while and sharing topics that would be especially interesting for my teenaged kids. The day was beautiful, waters were calm and we saw a whale at the end of our trip. What more could we have asked for!

Great day on the water! - Such a fantastic time in Ketchican on a kayak tour! Xach and Dana were our guides, and it was a great day. We saw eagles, and a Salmon jumped out of the water, and jellyfish It rains a lot in Ketchican, but DO NOT let that deter you from this adventure! We would definitely go again in heartbeat. All of the staff with Ketchican Kayak Co were way cool and know the area and have all the rain gear to keep you dry and comfortable. My wife and I are in our 60's and we did fine. Enjoy!!🙂🚣‍♂️

A Very Enjoyable Experience - This was a wonderful experience! The guides, Dana, LeeAnne and Zack were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a positive tour. The weather was remarkably perfect which added to the whole excursion. Seals popped their heads up not 30 feet from us, and eagles flew over us frequently. A wonderful setting.

Great Time Kayaking - Kayaking and the guides were amazing. It was a bit choppy so we had to fight the current a bit, but we had fun doing it. I kayaked with Chris and heard all about growing up in Ketchikan. We saw more bald eagles than people, and even a group of sea lions fight over a freshly caught salmon. It was a memorable experience I couldn’t recommend enough.

A great kayaking trip with lots of wildlife - Chris and Sofia were great guides around the islands! They know a lot about the local wildlife and routinely took time on our tour to explain how the ecosystem in Ketchikan works. Chris also told us a lot about what it was like growing up in Ketchikan and some local survival techniques. On our tour, we saw a few seals napping in an inlet of the island and a few sea lions a bit farther out in the water. We also saw a lot of sea stars on rocks around the island and countless (completely harmless!) crystal jellyfish. A few bald eagles also make their nests on the islands that we went around, and we saw many of them coming and going. We went on the tour in mid-June while the weather was very temperate. There was light rain on our trip, which is to be expected in the PNW. Thankfully, KKC provided everyone with very high-quality rain pants and raincoats, which kept us completely dry. Overall, this was a great trip that I would recommend to anyone.

Great tour of orca cove - Great tour and great people! Beautiful scenery. They went above and beyond. My son was flying in and was going to be late for our tour departure, but they agreed to pick him at the airport in our boat so he could make it. Highly recommend this company
