Local peeps…try this out - Full disclosure Emily is my niece. I attended her class to see how she does it. I learned a couple new recipes and enjoyed meeting other folks. ATTN Locals this is a fun way to spend a couple of hours. If you have company coming it is something unique to do. Charter fishing guides should recommend it to their guests. If they learn how to cook their fish they’ll be happier. Em and Danielle are a great team, they make you feel so at home. They have lots of ideas for classes during the off season and would be open to suggestions. Also, thanks for my birthday flowers

Shore excursion - not the norm!!! - We were able to partake of this class in June. Emily’s mom showed up at the class and we got to emerge ourselves in the Alaskan experience. Plus the Holland Shore Excursion rep was also on the tour. It was so nice and relaxing and a fun filled event. It was relaxing and a different twist from the normal on-shore excursions!! Loved it!! Thank you Emily for offering this!!

Nice small group - Emily was great. Nice small group of 6 and it wasn’t even billed as a small capacity excursion which usually justifies charging moore

Salmon, wild and free. On the dock. The way it’s meant to be. - OMG….the food, the sun, the ladies who taught us. Who knew this would be such an exceptional experience. Worth every penny. Totally recommend to anyone with a taste bud and a desire to eat wild, fresh and delicious salmon! Oh. And can we just say…the Bang, Bang sauce….the bomb. I got the recipe and that was worth it for that alone, thank you Emily and Danielle. Loved it.

An Unforgettable Culinary Experience at Local Table! - Our recent visit to Local Table in Ketchikan was an absolute highlight of our Alaskan adventure, largely thanks to the incredible passion of owner Emily and Danielle. They're true locals who genuinely share the vibrant culture of Ketchikan, and it shines through in everything they do. We were fortunate enough to learn some truly amazing salmon recipes that we can't wait to recreate back home. This wasn't just a cooking class; it was an intimate and engaging experience. Emily and Danielle were incredibly friendly, sincerely enthusiastic, and just plain fun to be with. We especially appreciated how personal the experience felt, allowing us to hear their captivating stories about living in Alaska. This was, without a doubt, one of our most memorable excursions in Alaska. We highly recommend Local Table for anyone looking for an authentic, intimate, and delicious dive into Ketchikan's local culture.
