Beautiful! - Not only were the gardens beautiful (we even saw a red fox) but our future son in-law proposed to our daughter there. Very memorable place for us now!

A day at Kew Gardens - We absolutely loved our time at the Gardens and it entertained our family with 2 kids ages 9 and 16 for 3-4 hours. We had a wonderful day there. The Kew Gardens area as a whole was a lovely area. We purchased the general family of 4 tickets from the main website. I would recommend bringing your own snacks or sandwiches in with you as the concessions were pricey and underwhelming.

A wonderful day at the Kew. - What a wonderful way to spend your day, the grounds are beautiful! The staff always had a smile. We really enjoyed the train ride, you got to see every site without walking. Afterwords we went and saw the places without being tired.

A great day out - We’ve been meaning to come here for ages having done the Christmas light trail a few years ago, and with reports in the press that the Palm House is closing for five years and some plants having already been moved out, we thought we had better get on with it quickly. Fortunately it was not apparent that any had been moved thus far. You really need a full day here to explore everything, we arrived soon after opening at 10:00 and didn’t manage to see everything by the time we left at around 3:30. It’s difficult to really pick out any highlights, it was all very good and we were glad we paid the extra to go up the pagoda. The glass houses are extremely impressive, the lakes are beautiful, the tree top walk was great, everything was well maintained. The only let down was perhaps the catering, a very limited choice of cakes, virtually nothing, and all very expensive. Overall though, a great day out.

Great gardens - All round excellent experience, plenty to do for anyone with an interest in the outdoors. I especially liked the view from the pagoda and the Lilly house for its ginormous Lilly pads. Food in the orangery was a treat, great quality. Would recommend that you go in the afternoon and stay late as the coach parties have gone home and there’s less crowds after 5pm

Absolutely fantastic day out - The guide said to allow 3-4 hours, we roamed for nearly 5 hours and didnt get to see everything. The lift was out of service so we were unable to do the treetop walk but I plan to return to see everything we missed this time. I'd estimate we needed a good 7 hrs really. There were plenty of places to get a drink and the food all looked homemade. The gift shops were packed with gift ideas for all ages. The staff were present and helpful too. It was also good to see that none of their waste goes to landfill and all of their vehicles are electric. An all round excellent day.

Lovely gardens! - Kew Gardens was lovely. If there hadn't been a 3 hour transit debacle getting there with the Tube strike, we might have been able to stay longer and enjoy it more!

Disappointed disabled visitor. - Unfortunately I cannot review my visit as having purchased 2 tickets ( One disabled adult and one essential companion) for the Fleurs de Ville exhibition later this month I will not now be able to attend through no fault of my own. Kew Gardens website advises people with a disability to book mobility scooters two weeks in advance of their visit. I have my own manual wheelchair but my husband who is currently recovering from major surgery for cancer is unable to push me at the present time. Having purchased my tickets on 6th September I immediately attempted to book a mobility scooter for my visit on the 25th. However, not only were there no scooters available for that day there are none for the whole of September. I contacted Kew Gardens to see if they could help me or at least refund me the cost of my ticket. I was advised that they could do neither and that I should have purchased ticket protection despite the fact that such protection would not cover this eventuality. Their other suggestion was that I should go with someone else who could push me in my wheelchair. The fact that my husband was looking forward to this event was irrelevant. I have visited Kew Gardens many times and have many happy memories of my times there. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be treated in this manner.

Disappointing ticket concessions. - £1 entry for Universal Credit /Job Seekers and their guests. £25 for blue light workers and military. Very disappointing that a royal garden has these entry fees. I don’t really need to explain why.
