Jet Ski tour - Amazing time on the Jet skis with the guides Kyle and Athan.My son never drove one before and he had a blast. The jet skis are well maintained and the crew is very professional and courteous. The water was rough out in the ocean so they took us thru the gulf where it was perfect. Great tour of key west and alotta fun!! Buy the photo package only $25 Great memory for us!!

Great tour for family group! - Great tour, Ben was awesome! 90 Min tour, although couldn’t do the Atlantic side had a blast exploring around key west in the calmer sections. 14 year old was able to drive with an adult also on the wave rider. My teen loved it! Overall great tour, well worth it! Thanks Ben for the great trip!

Amazing jet ski tour - I have a blast on the fury jet ski tour. Our tour guides were amazing Kyle and DJ were awesome very friendly and very knowledgeable. They knew how to have a good time and they definitely showed us how. Once i got my confidence up and I was comfortable on the jet ski I was able to let it rip and just have a blast. Thank you soo much for your tour I hope to do it again someday.

Jet skies tour - We had an awesome timing driving the jet skies. Our guide Sean did a great job showing and explaining some of the great sites of Key West. The water was beautiful and the jet skies are a very smooth ride. The staff at checking were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend doing this trip while in the Keys.

Great time! - We got super lucky and were the only ones on our tour. JD was awesome! We had a super fun time and got to do a lot of jet skiing! JD gave us a lot of cool facts about the islands and took great care of us to make sure we had fun safely. Would definitely recommend!

Early morning Seadoo Adventure - Liam & pick up/picture man (Bennie?) were awesome!! We did the early morning ride - what an amazing adventure to start the day!! My husband and I (on 2 skis) would take this ride every morning!! Do it ...... you won't regret it!! Our were very conscientious about our safety, while providing good clean fun!! Thanks so much!!

Mediocre Tour - My cousin, best friend, and I booked a jet ski 27 mile excursion in Key West for Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 2:30-4:00 p.m. The three of us are experienced jet skiers and were looking forward to the afternoon expedition. We received a group discount for booking three individual jet skis. Unfortunately, the abridged 13 mile version did not meet our satisfaction. At first, the strong winds prevented us from boating the Atlantic Ocean and visiting major tourist destinations such as Southernmost Point, Mallory Square, Lighthouse, Smathers Beach, and others. The guides realized that the weather might be an issue, so they chose to cruise the Gulf side. After leaving the harbor, my friend, who was the last in line, signaled the guide behind him for assistance when his hat flew off. The assistant guide approached him and made no attempt to briefly circle around and locate his hat. Second, upon arriving at our first stop, the lead tour guide's jet ski failed to start. We sat there waiting for his replacement jet ski as it began to rain lightly. Due to this delay, we missed more planned stops as the weather in that area deteriorated. Third, as we returned to the harbor starting place, the jet skier in front of me paused and held up the group in line formation. The assistant tour guide directed me to turn off my motor at the No Wake zone's entry point, which was a short distance from the dock. The turbulent surf pushed my jet ski towards the concrete seawall, and I attempted to prevent the contact with my leg, but the water was too strong and damaged the side of the jet ski. After restarting the engine to move away from the wall and prevent further damage, I rejoined the line and headed towards the pier. After parking, I notified the assistant guide about the incident, and he took a photo and messaged it to his operations manager, who was off-site. Based on the photo, the manager determined that the fiber glass damage cost $215, including tax. I described what happened, and the lead guide pulled me aside and agreed that I should never have been told to turn off the engine before entering the harbor and driving up to the dock due to wave conditions. I had the option of waiting an undetermined amount of time for the manager to arrive and resolve the matter, or have my card charged for the damage and leave. Due to the limited time, I chose to pay and then follow up with Fury. A few days later, I contacted their customer support, and the representative was understanding, and after consulting with their manager, they would consider issuing a reimbursement for the damage. My follow-up contact with the manager was unpleasant, and her stance was that had I selected the optional liability insurance, I would not have had to pay for the damage out of pocket. She refused to take responsibility for the directions given by the assistant tour guide which violated their own protocol and caused the incident. Overall, the tour was mediocre; the guides were dull, and the support staff were unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend their jet ski tour from Opal Key.
