Kitty was very welcoming and enthusiastic with sharing her knowledge. Her delivery style, choice of words, and communication inclusiveness (there was a German participant) were superb. She kept us engaged and the time passed quickly. We took her advice on places to visit that evening and the next day. Kitty is one of the best tour guides we have experienced to date. 5 stars!!
