Could have had more... - Could have had more information along the way. We did see a shark and loads of jelly fish. Our guide was very nice just felt a little rushed.

Kira is great! - Excellent guide through the mangroves with Kira! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made it enjoyable. We lucked out and were the only kayakers on our tour which made it even better.

Not mad, just disappointed. - Trip was reserved a week in advance of our dream Key West vacation. Payment was made on 2 days before our trip. Unfortunately I was not able to go on this tour due to an injury sustained while snorkeling the day before. I am not leaving one star, because I knew ahead of time about their "no refund less than 24 hrs in advance" policy; I just hoped an allowance could be made (I mean, no one WANTS to get injured on their dream vacation), so I called as soon as we got back to shore (19 hours before). After confirming our reservation, the woman I spoke to on the phone said she would cancel the reservation and request a credit. You can imagine how elated I was to hear that I'd be able to use the funds for this reservation on unexpected medical bills. Sadly I did not receive a cancellation notice, and in fact received a "download your passes" email the next morning, so I don't know if she dropped the ball or if there was just nothing to be done. Either way, I was not refunded the charge and could not make the event. I was sadly not even offered a rain check, although that probably would not have worked with the bruised rib, either. If she'd said there was nothing she could do, I would not have left this review, but she elevated my expectations, only to have them dashed on the cruel seas. Live and learn, do not schedule multiple strenuous activities less than 24 hrs apart.

Unprofessional establishment that will cancel with 25 minutes notice. - We booked a kayak tour with a clear double kayak for 9:AM, and they called us at 8:35 AM to cancel it because they didn't have a guide available. We had to wake up early to get breakfast and get ready so we can be there on time. A call just 25 mins before departure doesn't really help. What an unprofessional establishment. Stay away.

Cancelled on us with 10 minutes warning despite perfect conditions - After arriving 30 minutes prior to our tour time (as instructed), I received a call 10 minutes prior to the tour informing me the tour was to be cancelled given poor weather, high winds and rain (despite perfect conditions, blue sky and no wind). Someone on site informed me this was obviously not the case given perfect conditions and called mgmt on my behalf. He indicated “mgmt was working on it and would call me directly). 8 hours later and I still have not received any call, apology or explanation. Unrivaled unprofessionalism and huge disappointment to my group of 10 people. We walked across the street to another tour operator who graciously accommodated us. Skip this headache and don’t repeat my mistake.
