Amazing excursion; highly recommend - Booked this as our only excursion while visiting the Keys, and don’t regret it at all. We got to see lots of wildlife while on the boat and snorkeling. Dave was amazing and we had a smile on our faces the entire trip. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Experience - We have done multiple trips with Sunset, each one a little different but a 5 star experience each time. All of the captain's and crew are so friendly and truly want you to have a great time. I would recommend any of their excursions to anyone who wants to have a good time out on the water in Key West.

Incredible dolphin watching experience with the best crew - What an incredible experience! We had the pleasure of watching dolphins swim and jump right next to the boat. Unlike some of the larger, commercial sight seeing tours in Key West, this boat was not crowded and it was the perfect size to allow everyone on board to get a front row view of the dolphins. Snorkeling was just the right amount of time and a great addition to the sight seeing trip. Captain Owen was super knowledgeable and welcoming. First Mate Dave made sure everyone had a safe and fun time - giving great snorkeling tips, local restaurant recommendations, and cold beers at the end. All around fantastic time. Would definitely recommend!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY! They are very disreputable. I experienced a medical emergency on the day we had booked a sunset tour, and when I contacted them to let them know, their reply was: "good luck trying to get a refund!" I contacted the third party where I originally booked this tour and they tried to help out, contacting the cruise company on my behalf. Sunset LIED and said I never contacted them. BUYER BEWARE!! I have booked multiple excursions of this type over the years and have never experienced anything so horrible. My strong advice would be to wait until you are in Key West, as there are many great companies there who offer this type of adventure WITHOUT the fuss and downright greedy dishonesty.

No dolphins / little fish - Only 2 crew members for a boat with 30 people. It did not feel safe. The water was too rough to snorkel and we did not see dolphins. Crew was very nice.

Bad experience. Bad customer service. Bad weather - Weather was bad and the went anyway. I try to postpone it and the Saudi it was too late. Even thought they told me otherwise
