From Kigali to Musanze
Kigali - Upon arrival at the airport, guests will be warmly greeted by our driver guide, who will escort them on a city tour to explore various attractions. Following the tour, guests will be transferred to Ruhengeri in Volcanoes National Park, where they will check into their hotel and prepare for the morning’s trekking…

Kigali - Upon arrival at the airport, guests will be warmly greeted by our driver guide, who will escort them on a city tour to explore various attractions. Following the tour, guests will be transferred to Ruhengeri in Volcanoes National Park, where they will check into their hotel and prepare for the morning’s trekking adventure.
Gorilla Trekking
Volcanoes National Park - At 6:30 am, guests will enjoy breakfast before heading to the national park headquarters for a briefing prior to trekking. At 8:00 am, the hike into the forest begins, accompanied by an armed guide, following designated trails to locate the assigned gorilla family. Upon finding the gorillas, guests will spend an hour observing them before returning to the lodge. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy a cultural performance or a nature walk. The duration to locate the gorillas can vary from one hour to several hours, depending on their movements in search of food. The park authority permits visitors to spend a maximum of one hour with the gorillas.
Later in the afternoon, guests will experience the cultural richness of the Ibyiwacu Cultural Village, where they will be introduced to traditional Rwandan culture through dances, poems, and traditional attire, among other activities. Finally, guests will be driven back to Kigali International Airport for their departure flight home.
