Then, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with the main event. Under the expert guidance of our chefs, you’ll learn the art of chili sauce crafting from scratch. First, you’ll select your preferred chili peppers from our diverse selection, including the likes of Jalapeños, Habaneros, and the beloved Pili Pili. Armed with a knife, you’ll carefully cut and prepare the peppers, experiencing their unique aromas and flavors firsthand. Next comes the blending stage, where you’ll mix and match ingredients to create your own custom chili sauce. With the chef’s guidance, you’ll adjust the flavors to suit your taste preferences, adding extra spices and ingredients for that perfect balance of heat and flavor. But the adventure doesn’t end there. You’ll also learn about the fascinating process of fermentation, a key step in chili sauce making that adds depth and complexity to the final product. Under the watchful eye of our chefs, you’ll begin the fermentation process, setting the stage for your sauce to develop its signature flavor profile over time.

Eager for a fiery adventure? Embark on a journey to Africa to create your own hot sauce! Choose from a variety of peppers, such as Jalapeños, Habaneros, and the local favorite, Pili Pili. Our expert guides will assist you in blending them perfectly. Sample as you go until you achieve the ideal flavor!

During the session, there will be discussions on enhancing your hot sauce through fermentation, a process that adds an extra punch. Feel free to personalize it with additional spices!

Once your sauce is perfected, we’ll assist you in bottling it to take home. It’s a tasty memento of your experience with us, brimming with the incredible flavors of Rwanda!
