Excellent! Couldn't be better. - I have been on a lot of river trips, and the 3-day trip down the Klamath from Spring Island to Irongate was absolutely one of the best ever. The guides were top notch, both extremely competent and personable. The food was excellent. The rapids, especially through Wards Canyon, were world class, as was the scenery. An extra added bonus was the night we spent in a B&B along the river, with access to showers, laundry facilities, and a hot tub. It was unexpected luxury.. I have never been on a river trip that was more exciting and thrilling than this one. 5 stars all the way.

A top-shelf river trip experience - We had a truly special three-day trip on the 'New' Klamath River with Indigo Creek Outfitters. Getting to raft through the former dam/reservoir footprints was a humbling, yet incredibly inspiring, experience. Our group was made up of graduate students and professionals, and we came in with a pretty unique itinerary that included time for group discussions and learning along the way. Indigo was supportive and accommodating from start to finish, and it was clear they genuinely wanted to help us make the trip what we hoped it would be. Working with Will before the trip was great. He helped us shape the itinerary and put together exactly the kind of experience we were looking for. The river was amazing—fun and exciting Class IV+ sections mixed with beautiful, mellow stretches where we could take it all in. The guide staff were total professionals. They held it down on the water, made everyone feel safe and comfortable, brought a great energy to camp, and prepared meals with precision. We felt really taken care of the whole time. We’re super grateful to Indigo for helping make this trip such a meaningful and memorable experience. We left feeling inspired, connected, and really lucky to have explored the Klamath with such a thoughtful and skilled crew. Highly recommend!

A Memorable Company Trip with Indigo Creek - We booked our trip with Indigo Creek Outfitters for our annual company gathering and took three rafts down Wards Canyon. It was a very enjoyable and memorable time for our entire team. The guides were excellent and truly went above and beyond, working from dawn to dusk. They were also real characters in their own ways, as river guides often are. On the first night, we stayed at a large house along the river and enjoyed cold beers and charcuterie in the hot tub, which felt amazing after being out on the water all day. Then we sat down to a dinner of salmon, asparagus, and more, all prepared by the guides. The team socialized late into the night, which was exactly the kind of bonding experience I had hoped for when I booked the trip. The rafting itself was spectacular. Experiencing the river in its free-flowing state after the recent dam removals felt special, and Wards Canyon was probably my favorite stretch. There’s a section where the river drops quickly in altitude, and it felt a little like being on a ride at a theme park. I chose Indigo because I know Will’s focus is more than just business. He cares deeply about the land and the river, and that passion shows in the way he runs his trips and in the kind of people he brings onto his team. Over the years I’ve gone with a number of different outfitters, and I can honestly say Will runs the best operation I’ve experienced. You won’t be disappointed.

High Adventure in Complete Comfort! - Awesome experience is an understatement. Our guides, Ian & Dane, with Yak handling the supply boat, and Dan supplying the shuttle,High were excellent in their caring for our comfort and safety as well as their professionalism in guiding us down the Klamath River. The rapids were a delightful challenge, the camping and house stay were a treat, and the ever changing scenery in the newly opened section of the river was fantastic! The food prep was 5 star gourmet, accommodating my vegetarian diet quite nicely, completing 3 days of memorable moments. This was an exceptional experience!
