A Memorable Company Trip with Indigo Creek - We booked our trip with Indigo Creek Outfitters for our annual company gathering and took three rafts down Wards Canyon. It was a very enjoyable and memorable time for our entire team. The guides were excellent and truly went above and beyond, working from dawn to dusk. They were also real characters in their own ways, as river guides often are. On the first night, we stayed at a large house along the river and enjoyed cold beers and charcuterie in the hot tub, which felt amazing after being out on the water all day. Then we sat down to a dinner of salmon, asparagus, and more, all prepared by the guides. The team socialized late into the night, which was exactly the kind of bonding experience I had hoped for when I booked the trip. The rafting itself was spectacular. Experiencing the river in its free-flowing state after the recent dam removals felt special, and Wards Canyon was probably my favorite stretch. There’s a section where the river drops quickly in altitude, and it felt a little like being on a ride at a theme park. I chose Indigo because I know Will’s focus is more than just business. He cares deeply about the land and the river, and that passion shows in the way he runs his trips and in the kind of people he brings onto his team. Over the years I’ve gone with a number of different outfitters, and I can honestly say Will runs the best operation I’ve experienced. You won’t be disappointed.

High Adventure in Complete Comfort! - Awesome experience is an understatement. Our guides, Ian & Dane, with Yak handling the supply boat, and Dan supplying the shuttle,High were excellent in their caring for our comfort and safety as well as their professionalism in guiding us down the Klamath River. The rapids were a delightful challenge, the camping and house stay were a treat, and the ever changing scenery in the newly opened section of the river was fantastic! The food prep was 5 star gourmet, accommodating my vegetarian diet quite nicely, completing 3 days of memorable moments. This was an exceptional experience!

A+ trip and guides on the Klamath. - We just returned from a fabulous trip on the "New Klamath" with Indigo Creek. From start to finish it was fabulous. The rapids, the history of the River and the recent dam removal, the BIRDS, the food, the tents and bedding were all just right. We have been watching the dam removal progress and wanted to be some of the first people to see this free flowing stretch of river, for the first time in 100 years.. This is a special trip. Don't hesitate. Book it. Be prepared for beauty, solitude, and big fun water with capable guides!

Three-day “New Klamath” trip was exciting, beautiful, unique - Our family and friends group spent three days on the newly restored stretch of the Klamath with Indigo’s expert boatmen guiding us through some of the most exciting rapids and stunning, unusual scenery we’ve ever experienced, and we’ve all been on lots of rivers. Beyond the adrenaline, the trip is a fascinating journey through the Klamath project. Our guides were super skilled, friendly, knowledgeable, and relaxed. Food was delicious, and an unexpectedly cushy stay in a big comfy house on night 2 is a bonus treat. Highly recommend.

What an honor to experience 'The New Klamath'! - What an honor to experience 'The New Klamath'! The whitewater was exciting and challenging and our guides, Dane and Ian, navigated each rapid expertly... Dane will be known in our family lore as the master of the rocky maze! Often on an oar boat, the guide assumes the majority of the work and, even though we knew Dane was in full control, we appreciated the opportunity to actively paddle through the rapids as opposed to just sitting back and riding through the whitewater. We highly recommend Indigo Creek and this particular trip! Go get wet!

Best rafting company I've found in over 40 years of whitewater rivers. - I've been doing whitewater activities for over 40 years (rafting, kayaking, canoeing). This is my second trip with Indigo Creek. They are the best rafting company I've worked with. The professionalism of the guides, the quality of the food, their concern for safety...it's all top notch.

Old Friends Reunite - Yak and Dane took great care of us past-our-prime septuagenarians rafters. Excellent guiding, photos, meals and accommodations. This was a reunion of guys that did this section 30 years ago. What a great way to see the New Klamath. We are already looking to schedule a follow-up trip in 2 or 3 years to witness additional changes as the winter flows carve new lines.
