Great Museum! (included transport is only one-way) - Hopefully my story here below will help you if you plan on visiting. My wife and I visited the Lindt Home of Chocolate Museum and had a great time. I highly recommend it. Here are some lessons-learned, however: We had tried to book a ticket directly with the venue, but with it being only one week out, they were sold out. So then we went to the TripAdvisor site for a regular ticket, and they were likewise, sold out. Then I noticed there was a more expensive ticket to visit the museum with a "pick up", and those tickets were still available. Interesting. Ok, so, the museum wasn't **really** sold out. They just want you to buy the more expensive ticket, that includes transportation, which is good business I suppose. Ok so we did that. If you're staying somewhere in the center of Zurich, the Lindt Museum isn't really walkable (8km away). You should either take the train, a cab, or get the transport included with the ticket like we did. So to buy this ticket, I had to specify which time block I wanted to attend, and I chose 11:00am. The ticket didn't specify if 11:00am was the time of entry at the museum, or time that the driver would pick us up, so I messaged them and found that 11:00am is actually the time the driver would pick us up. We got to choose the hotel at which he would pick us up. Our hotel was not on the list, but a hotel two blocks away was, so we chose that one and just met the driver there. We arrived at the museum and spent about 2-3 hours there, and it's all really well done. Well worth the trip. We had a great time. And the gift shop at the end was large with lots of options. Good times. But then my wife asked me, ok, so how do we ride back to our hotel. It was then I realized that this more expensive ticket only included the "pick up" and drive to the museum. That we are on our own to get back to the hotel, about 8km away. My wife then remembered the driver saying something about how for 50CHF, he would come back and get us. She didn't really understand then; but we understood now. For 8km, we thought 50CHF was a bit too expensive. So we walked from the museum about 800m north to the small Kilchberg Bahnhof, then we bought tickets at the machine for about 7CHF each and had an easy ride back to Zurich Hbf. The ride was 5 minutes or so. Super easy. In the end, it seemed a little odd that transportation included with the tickets was only one way, but it was easy enough to get back.

Do not use viator, description transport not accurate - Do not book with viator! Take your own taxi and buy your ticket. Had to call, Person was late picking us up and viator description said return trip included, tour would end at same pick up point. Man said additional charge though
