- Batur Natural Hotspring - For those who booked the combo with the hot spring option, after returning from Mount Batur, you can enjoy a soak in the natural hot spring, which originates from the Batur volcano. The water temperature is approximately 35-37 degrees. You will experience the soothing effects of the hot spring while being surrounded by the beautiful views of Lake Batur and its Caldera. You can stay here for 1-2 hours.

A must in your travels! - Mount Batur Jeep tour has been such an experience for me and my partner! The coldness, the terrain, the environment is all new to us. Led by our most humble driver, Mang Sute. I would like to recommend him for your upcoming travels as he does not just drives you there, he helps you with your photos, connects with you and really makes you feel safe under his care. Though it was a cloudy sunrise, the journey itself was such a moving experience. Definitely would be back here again soon!

12 June 2025 Mount Batuk Adventure - Kedek was my Trekking Guide. He was very responsible to ensure our safety, and that we were hydrated and provided small stops to cater to our needs. He took care of us very well throughout the hike and i was well assured of my safety. He helped us to take nice photos up in the summit too.
Novi was my jeep driver. She helped us took some nice photos and videos for our memories!

Great trip, highly... - Great trip, highly recommended. Agas was very kind and did a great job navigating us to the top of the mountain and to the lava rocks. She was very accommodating and was always available to take our pictures. I can’t recommend her enough!

5/5 experience - This was a fantastic experience, Jero Kadek Arcana picked us up early in the morning, was punctual and got us everywhere we needed to! We were one of the first Jeeps to leave and got a perfect spot to see the sun rise - was unforgettable!

Sunrise Jeep Tour - Kadek was on time for pickup from my hotel and I made it to the mountain in time for coffee before I started the Jeep trek with Dennis. Dennis took great photos for me and was aware of my time constraints for the next destination. I was able to fit everything in and Kadek was back at the meeting spot to pick me up as soon as we pulled up. Great team and highly recommended tour. Thanks guys!

Mount Batur Jeep + Sunrise Hike 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 - The trip was amazing as we had great guidance by Ketut along our hike up to the summit! Highly recommend the Jeep + Hike to Summit experience so you’re able to enjoy the jeep ride and also observe the sunrise from the highest point on Mount Batur!
Our driver Erry who picked us up from our Ubud accommodation and dropped us back off was efficient as well, arriving on time and provided a nice comfortable ride for us 👍🏻

Highly recommended to engage their service - Went on the Jeep + Hike + Coffee tasting tour with 2 other friends.
Response from management team was fast and efficient.
Our driver Erry was early, accommodating and friendly. Bonus: His music playlist is solid as well :)
Ketut our hiking guide was really enagaging. He took care of our well being throughout the entire hike, gave us some education on the history of Mt Batur, takes really nice photos as well.
We truly enjoyed the day. Highly recommend their service!

Awesome experience! - Our driver, Jero Kadek Arcana was punctual and hosted us with warm hospitality. Our guide, Jow (jeep driver) was very experienced and i must say he’s a great photographer! we had a great time chatting with them and really enjoyed ourselves. thank you for the wonderful Mt Batur Jeep experience!
