Amazing - The driver and guide are great, especially the guide Komang, who has a small body but great energy. I like her very much:)

Thoughtfulness -
We spontaneously booked the tour the day before and were very satisfied. Our driver Purnadia was very punctual and really nice and you felt safe with him in the car the whole time. Our guide Gede was also very kind and welcomed us very warmly. Throughout the tour, he was very considerate and explained and in addition something about the area and the nature around the volcano. He also took excellent photos of us:)

Talented guide - Overall, the experience of hiking the volcano was challenging but felt rewarding at the end with clear skies to enjoy the sunrise.
Please note that it would be best to bring your drone with you otherwise the guides give you amazing photos; they have the talent for that.

Excellent customer service - This was an amazing experience. Kadek acted as the driver whilst we had a specific tour guide for Mount Agung called Putu…he was excellent! He guided us and helped us trek up the rocky path. It was a wonderful sight once at the top

Sensational view at the top - Shout out to our driver Abirama and guide Cardika for providing such an amazing experience. Everything was well organised and on time. And the views from the top were sensational. A must do in Bali! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Though hike - The trek was amazing, and a once in a lifetime type of activity. Jana, the guide really made it for me. He was lovely and knowledgeable; I felt really cared for. Highly recommend! Don't underestimate this hike!!!!

Very good - Great experience, great value eventhough extremely hard. My driver Bagia was very helpful and accommodating, explaining the schedule and how everything would work and being ready tor me throughout the day trip. My trekking guide Juna was also very considerate making sure everyone was comfortable and looked after, and made the hike even more enjoyable.

Hard trekking - A very good experience. We got unlucky and couldn’t see the sunrise but still worth the trek. The trek was harder than expected but the guides were very helpful and supportive.
