What are the highlights?
- Embark on an early morning trek up the stunning Mount Batur with an experienced local guide.
- Witness the sunrise from the volcano’s peak and explore craters from 1804 to 1949.
- Relish a well-deserved breakfast with a hot drink at the summit while enjoying the brilliant sunrise colors.
- Cap off your active morning with a soak in a natural hot spring and a refreshing coffee before heading back to the hotel (Optional).
- Add optional trips such as a swing, waterfall visit, and other activities in one day.
Upon arrival at base camp, receive a brief introduction and safety briefing from your guide. Before and after your 1.5-hour hike to the summit, you can relax in our Mt. Batur base camp lounge, the only base camp in the area with clean and comfortable toilet facilities.

Great experience - challenging hike but absolutely worth it. - Great experience - challenging hike but absolutely worth it. Stunning views at the top despite a bit of cloud.
Guide for the hike was very helpful and kept us safe at all times.
Natural springs were an excellent way to relax afterwards and soothe the legs.
Our driver Dewa was also great - friendly and attentive and collected us right outside our hotel despite it being on a very narrow road which was much appreciated given the early start. Transported us between locations in a smooth and timely manner.

BEST RIDE EVER - A friend and I went to visit Bali and booked this trip to Batul!! I was impressed with your hospitality, positive attitude and professionalism. He was at our place early, was super patient as we got ready and drove us to all our stops so safely. The ride was comfortable and Devu’s presence was just exactly what we needed, being in a foreign country and being driven somewhere you don’t know. Please book this man as your driver, wherever you go!!

Highly recommend this - One word. Amazing. Not for the weak though... the trip starts at 2am. The hike takes 2 hours and it's more than 1100meter high. But it was so worth it! The taxi driver was very good. Calm and responsible and the guide to mount Batur, Sen, was amazing. He was so relaxed and made sure we were oke. He spoke English very well, especially since he learned it, just from talking with tourists.
The natural spring was refreshing, but take toilet paper with you for the restroom have no toiletpaper and are not always very clean.
The coffee plantation was great. Everything is home made and we tasted everything! So far, worth the money and the experience!

Tough hike made possible by best guide! - This was an amazing morning, we got picked up by Kadek who drove us to the start of the hike, the hot spring and the Coffee plantation. Very friendly guy with smooth driving skills. But even more special thanks to Sen, our guide for the hike. The hike was tougher than I thought, I needed a lot of breaks and to make marters worse both my shoes broke. He got me through it with his calm demeanor, motivation and the carrying of my backpack. Thank youu!!

Brilliant - We were picked up/ guided by sentana guide guru chayadi, who was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful. We will definitely be booking with this company again because of him. Really great experience.

Monte batur a wonderful experience - I loved going to monte batur, the different landscapes that offer you in a few minutes are great, the guide very friendly, helped me a lot along the way, the driver Kadek was also very friendly in the transfers.
