Jero - Guide: Jero - best man ! He was so funny, motivated and you could feel he is enjoying what he does! He also showed honest interest in our personalities not putting on a mask but being genuine and caring!

Beautiful - It was a wonderful tour with a group of five people. Our guide, Jero, was such an attentive and lovely woman that it made the trip especially enjoyable. The transportation provided by our friendly driver, Pande, also went perfectly. All in all, a fantastic tour! However, the path is quite slippery in places, so I recommend wearing proper hiking boots and not just sneakers. :)

Best in Ubud - Ardana was our driver and he was very accommodative and sweet! He was always making sure that we're having a good time. For our hiking guide, we got Komang and he was the sweetest! I accidentally sprained my ankle while going up and he would make sure that I was okay and would make sure to help me at every step!! Like seriously if you get him as the guide, it is the best!!! They were both sooo nice! The best!!

Best - The sunrise trekking tour of Mount Batur was one of our most memorable experiences during our honeymoon! Arianta was our trekking guide and he was awesome. It was definitely a difficult hike for us inexperienced hikers, but Ari was very confident and made us feel like we were doing great!

Amazing - My partner and I had a fantastic time at Mt batur. Our driver wayan was very friendly and got us there safety. He went out of the way to stop off at some beautiful viewing points. The tour guide Ari was fantastic. Charismatic, informative and hospitable. Tough hike but worth the views

All inclusive - We had a fantastic driver (Andika) who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, picked up from directly outside our accommodation in Ubud. The trek itself was amazing, our guide Jeero made sure we got up the mountain safely and provided breakfast at the top. On the way back we stopped at the coffee plantation and sampled some great coffees and teas.

Great decisions - Initially thought I booked the Jeep tour however, the trekking was an even better experience. Gede was my guide and photographer and Jago was my driver to and from my hotel and hot springs. They were both amazing sports.

Good value - The guide was so kind. Whenever I got tired, he held my hand and pulled me up. He talked to me a lot and was so affectionate! It was such a memorable trekking trip that I would want to do it again next time!!

Just do it!!! - Another very good experience with viator! Simply booked, rich information, meet the expectations. The services managed well, picked up early morning 2.30 AM at our hotel in Ubud by Janya, continued hiked mt. Batur guided by Gede. We reached the summit before the sunrise, served with morning meals and nice seating spot. Must go! So enjoyable ! Not to forget we stopped by to Coffee & Cocoa Plantation , nice to have the complete testing there…
