Iceland 2025 - This was an amazing experience however plan for the long day. It took 4 hours to get to the first attraction. The bus did stop for restroom and a quick bite but it was a very long day with long stretches on the bus. However a must see from the waterfall to the glaciers, to the boat ride on glacier lagoon and Diamond Beach. Absolutely an amazing tour.

Amazing tour and super long but worth it - Sunny and Albert did such an excellent job. Such a long day and they went all out of their way to make things more comfortable for us. My only bummer was this tour did not include a boat ride at jokursarlon and when we got there some of us had no spot and could not buy the ticket. Maybe this tour had an option but I don’t know.

Unbelievable sites - Petra and Luca’s did a great job. Highly recommend this company and your guides. Great communication, positive vibe and information on Iceland! The Mercedes bus was comfortable and smooth ride. The falls were amazing and easy to access. Bring snacks or budget for expensive meals in comparison to U.S. prices, Beautiful country!!!! Iceland is a true bucket list destination

Beautiful scenery, WAY too long day. - First of all, this part of Iceland is gorgeous. Perhaps one should come down to southern Iceland and stay for a few days to enjoy everything. We were not prepared for a 15 hour day. We got on the bus about 7:15 am and got off the bus around 9:45pm. We then had to walk back to our AirbBnB. There were not enough bathroom stops, and when there was, there were too many people trying to use the facilities and stand in line (cue) to get something to eat, during the time we had at each stop. This was a big bus tour, not a small bus tour, so my advice is to pick a smaller tour bus( always). And be aware you probably shouldn’t drink much fluid, because there aren’t very many stops. And when you do stop, there will be a long line for facilities or food. It is a very long exhausting day. Also, I was not impressed with trying to “squeeze in” a waterfall on the way back to Reykjavik. In the dark. The activity was to walk around/ behind the waterfall, and use the flashlight on your phone to see where to step/ not to step. In the dark. This was a scheduled stop, by the way. Anyway, it IS beautiful scenery. Of course, one can’t guarantee the weather. And it rained most of the day. That also spoiled my time. Normally you can see the glacier from the bus, but not if there’s fog. Nobody’s fault, just bad luck. Be aware, it’s likely you will miss out, due to weather. Some people are lucky, we were not.

Unfair and Discriminatory Treatment by the Guide - I joined a one-day tour with Bustravel Iceland and had a very disappointing experience. When boarding the boat, the group was split into two rounds. I had arrived early and was standing at the front, but the guide skipped my name on the list and called people who were behind me. Even when I reminded him, he ignored me. Later, he asked who was traveling alone. I raised my hand together with another Western female traveler. He let her board first and told me to wait for the next round. This treatment was extremely unfair and made me feel discriminated against as an Asian female solo traveler. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects fair and respectful treatment.
