This tour offers an immersive experience into Cretan history, renowned Cretan hospitality, vibrant culture, and exquisite cuisine, which forms the foundation of the Mediterranean Diet. The first destination is the Palace of Knossos. Following this, the tour proceeds to an olive mill, where participants can savor the taste of authentic Cretan olive oil. As the journey continues through scenic vineyards and olive groves, the next stop is a pottery shop.
The tour then visits a winery, offering the opportunity to sample some of Crete’s finest organic wines. Finally, in the charming village of Archanes, guests can enjoy a Greek coffee at a traditional kafeneion or indulge in a traditional Cretan meal at a delightful taverna.
The maximum distance between each stop is approximately a twenty-minute drive. This tour promises to leave participants with pleasant memories, beautiful impressions, and a desire to return.
