Great tour - Pop was excellent very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. 1.5 hours is perfect for the time it takes. I recommend going at 8am as it’s much cooler and less busy.

Poppi was excellent and... - Poppi was excellent and thoroughly knowledgeable guide. We went around 3pm and had just a small group and a nearly empty palace (except the peacocks).

We truly appreciated and... - We truly appreciated and learned a lot from our tour guide, Popi, who is an actual archaeologist . She was a great communicator, she welcomed us upon our (early) arrival to the palace, and she was most impressively knowledgeable about every detail there was to know about the palace. She took time to listen to and answer our questions. Our tour started at 18:00. This time was perfect because the site was not overcrowded and the temperature was not scorching.

You should take this... - You should take this guided tour if you are visiting Knossos palace. Our guide Popi was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Must see while visiting Crete - Very interesting to hear about the Greek history, which affects our life even today. Without guided tour, it would be very difficult to understand the value of archeological findings.

Amazing experience. Popi... - Amazing experience. Popi was communicative before the tour, ensuring we got off to a great start. Once there, she clearly navigated the site so well, we were very efficient with our time and she knew all the best shady spots to explain the art and history of Knossos. She was so very knowledgeable about the historical significance of the site and was obviously a proud Cretan herself which made the tour and her narrative even more special. We had a fabulous time. A must see, with Popi, while in Crete.

With the leadership of ‘open to us a great civilization.. - The visit and 'was extraordinary .. finally I understood the structure of the building and its function .. thanks especially to Catherine who with great passion and considerable preparation introduced us and spiked the Minoan civilization and its secrets, the function of the buildings, the earthquake-proof structure of the labyrinth .. and so on .. we spent two fascinating hours despite the heat and we came out of the Palace enthusiastic .. really worth it .. again thanks to Caterina.

Great tour, enjoyable experience - Our guide Eleni was very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and chat through ideas. Having a guide definitely meant we got so much more from our visit. The 4pm slot was great as it was quite quiet.

Amazing Tour of Knossos Palace with Popi - Our tour guide Popi was SO amazing!! She gave us a wonderful tour of the palace. We wound up being lucky and had her completely to ourselves. 6:00 pm is the perfect time to go. We almost had the entire palace to ourselves and not as hot. Popi made us feel like we had traveled back in time. Her explanations were wonderful and she was happy to answer any other questions we had. In fact Popi ended the tour telling us to feel free to reach out with any other questions while in Crete and we did and she graciously helped us plan our next day itinerary. We cannot recommend Popi or this tour enough! Thank you for a wonderful visit!
