As a marine biologist, my life has always revolved around the ocean, but the PADI Open Water Diver Course on Koh Tao offered a new perspective that I couldn’t resist. When one of our group members struggled with equalizing her ears, the team handled the situation with empathy and professionalism, allowing her to continue without any additional charges.
