Great day for couples - Great experience from start to finish. collection and lift back to resort was included. Really was pleased with high level of service and care taken by our guide. She really made the day special from local knowledge to making sure we were regularly hydrated etc. Lunch was fantastic and chosen location amazing. Snorkeling great. Overall, great value for money in my humble opinion.

Wonderful! - This tour was amazing on a long boat! Our boat operator was amazing. The islands were beautiful 😍. We were a group of 6 and the private boat was perfect for us.

Perfect day - Perfect day. Very comfortable boat with friendly and flexible guides. We went to the viewpoint on Hong Island which was worth the 420 steps up. Quite busy, also on the beach, but beautiful view. Afterwards the crew took us to less crowded spots for snorkelling which was perfect for us. Very relaxing day - thank you.

💯 recommend! - Had a fantastic experience! We were picked up at our hotel (Anantara, Koh Yao Yao) ant 8:30am and dropped off at Chong Lard Pier to be picked by a motorized longboat. Our boat driver Bao was very kind. The boat has an inside and outside area, so you have choices if you are trying to avoid the sun. It was just the 2 of us so it felt very private. We made several gorgeous stops:
1) stalactite formations along Ko Han Tu
2) Ko Ka Mit, the monkey island where we saw the monkeys swimming to our boat
3) sailed/drove around Camel Island (pretty gorgeous looking shape)
4) made a pit stop at Ko Pak Ka to hang at a tiny beach jutting out into shallow transparent waters, where we held some starfish, sea cucumber
5) snorkeling at a desolate island, Ko Lao Ka (I think?) where we saw tons of colorful fish and marine life and coral but careful, I got stung by a sea urchin so I stayed away from the shallows to avoid getting stung on my belly or face…but again, swimming in deeper water was slightly scary as I couldn’t see the bottom and worried what might come out of the great unknown…but it was pretty safe.
6) the next stop was Koh Hong national park. Tickets/admission was included. Bao very kindly packed us a picnic basket with water and fried rice for lunch. We spent about 2 hours there just snorkeling and being at the beach , it was stunning and so so clear and so many tropical colorful fish to chase after! No sea urchins. I think the Thai authorities had removed sea urchins due to stinging danger. We did not alas to the viewpoint atop a hill, but I would recommend. We then returned to our boat which was summoned to the pier by the national park ranger.
7) Bao then gave us watermelon and pineapples to eat as he rode the boat into a magical lagoon secretly nestled in the Hong island. It was a pretty amazing photogenic narrow entry into the lagoon surrounded by tall limestone formations. Bao offered to wait till we swam the lagoon, but we were swimmed out by this point 3.5 hours into our excursion.
We then made our way back to Koh Yao Yai meandering through the magical and mysterious Phang Nga bay. We were back at our hotel by 1:30p.
I would highly recommend this excursion. It’s a good thing we started early in the day because by the time we were leaving Hong island, we saw droves and droves of people arriving off larger boats. We packed so much into this and we had a great time! This would work for singles, couples, families- it is all in all a great trip.

Unnecessarily expensive - Too expensive
Overly expensive
The super helpful agency we had asked for a 4/5 hour excursion to the islands in front of Koh yai us and they sent us a private boat with the captain who spoke little English. We therefore asked for an English-speaking guide and after about an hour she arrived. Very kind and pretty.
I do not recommend this tour: unfortunately in Thailand they still have not understood the uniqueness of the natural wonder that they have and each island is besieged by hundreds of boats and bathers who crowd the beaches and boardwalks and coves with the smog of boats and plastic that bring rude tourists, the tour is boring, all boats do the same round.

No recommendation - The price/performance ratio is not right. Half an hour. Boat trip from Yao Yai. to spend a few hours on the totally crowded beach for just under 200€?
Unfortunately, our boater did not speak English (by the way, few do) so we had no idea what to do. The lynx package was not turned away when leaving the boat, snorkeling equipment there was no umd when we were picked up again was nowhere visible. Only thanks to data package and WhatsApp we were able to free ourselves from the predicament. In short, far too expensive and incredibly poorly organized.
