Majestic Munnar Vacation - Our driver/guide was Mr Monesh, he was very kind, had a bright upbeat disposition and was so accommodating. Take advantage of his insistence that he take photos and videos of you, he is excellent at it. Traveling as a pair of two women, he made us comfortable. The tour was wonderful and there were many beautiful sights. Elephant rides, tea house factory, Kathakali dance, waterfalls, houseboat cruise, it was all varied and interesting, exciting and relaxing. Be prepared to have some pills and patches for motion sickness because there is a lot of driving on switchbacks. A bit of rural adventures, scenic water landscape and city touring, this has it all!

Great experience with Iris Team! - Had a great experience with Iris team consisting of Mr. Saju, Vijeesh and Ms. Saranya. All the parts of the trip were very enjoyable for me as well as my parents. The itinerary was designed in a way that is not too hectic and relaxing. All the accomodations booked by Iris team were very comfortable with great service, from the resort in mountains of Munnar to private Houseboat in Allepey, my parents had a great experience everywhere. Overall, I would definitely recommend a Kerala tour with Iris

Ask for Lalan as your driver - Very happy with my experience with Iris Holidays. There was seamless communication and customer service from the very beginning. Sangeetha was very responsive to my questions and flexible in accommodating my preferences and creating a customised package. On the very first day my driver Lalan was very punctual on arrival at my hotel in Varkala (hours early in fact) and gave me a warm welcome and confirmation of where I would like to go - it was a great first impression and immediately I felt comfortable that he would be my driver for the next 4/5 days. During the tour you could tell Lalan was a seasoned and safe driver and also knew the roads very well, probably the most important thing for any intercity travel in India. Lalan kindly arranged for my laundry to be cleaned whilst I was on a boat safari in Thekkady. He also offered to pay for my entry at a tea factory in Munnar that would not accept cash or international credit card. I decided to change my itinerary during the trip to spend my final day in Kochi and this was no problem for Iris holidays or Lalan, to my surprise he even still dropped me to the airport from Fort Kochi which was unexpected. 5 star rating for Iris Holidays, but 10 stars for Lalan and his level of service.

We had a refreshing holiday - Hello, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent arrangements made for our recent trip. From accommodation to transportation and guided tours, everything was well-coordinated and ran smoothly. The hotel was comfortable and the ambience was great, and all logistics were handled professionally. Special thanks to Kannan and team for being responsive and attentive to our needs throughout the journey. Overall, it was a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Special thanks to Driver Geo for being so supportive. He is a pro at driving and ensured we are very safe. He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly professional. His friendly attitude, and deep knowledge of the local areas added so much value to our experience. He is very dedicated and didn't show any discomfort or rushing even though his daughter is unwell. It was a pleasure having such a reliable and kind person with us throughout the journey. Thank you so much 😊

Our Memorable Kerala Tour - We had an excellent 5 days tour of Kerala. Visited Munnar, Thekkady Periyar lake Kumarakom Kochi. The tour was organised by Iris holidays and was well planned. Our tour guide cum driver Mr Shijo provided an excellent service through out our trip. We spent memorable time. Mr Shijo also organised for Kerala massage, cultural show visit elephant ride boat safari Tea factory visit etc. We recommend Iris holidays as a good tour operator in Kerala. Rajeev

Great experience in Kerala - This tour around Kerala State was awesome. This region is beautiful and people are so nice and helpful. Our tour was perfectly planned by Arun from Iris Holiday who was always in contact with us via WhatsApp to be sure our travel was going without issues. Special thanks as well to our driver who helped us a lot, showed us nice places and was flexible with our requests. We recommend this tour.

4 Days in Kerala Country - This was a great tour. Communication with the organizer, George, and our driver, Lalan, through WhatsApp, was very professional and useful. There is a lot of fast driving on narrow, mountain and forested roads so if you get anxious or motion sickness, you may need to take precautions. Otherwise the mountains, waterfalls, tea plantations, dams and backwaters were beautiful. The restaurants chosen were tasty and the hotel was nice. The houseboat was very nice until bedtime when the cockroaches starting coming out into the bathroom and bedroom. We couldn’t tolerate so the houseboat owner let us stay in one of his hotel rooms nearby, which was very new and clean. So there was care taken to meet our needs and great service recovery. Lalan was a kind and friendly driver. So, I would definitely recommend Iris Holidays.
