Cheeyappara Waterfalls - Guests will be picked up from Cochin and embark on a scenic drive to Munnar, a charming hill station celebrated for its lush landscapes and refreshing climate. En route, there will be a stop at the stunning Cheeyappara Waterfalls, where water cascades down rocky slopes, creating a captivating scene amidst the greenery. A short drive further leads to the Valara Waterfalls, surrounded by dense forests and home to a rich variety of flora and fauna.

As the journey continues, travelers will pass through expansive tea plantations, where rolling hills are covered in vibrant green tea bushes. MUNNAR

Rajamalai (Eravikulam) National Park - Situated about 15 km from Munnar, Eravikulam National Park is Kerala’s first and largest national park, renowned for being the natural habitat of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Managed by the Kerala Department of Forest and Wildlife, Munnar, the park is a biodiversity hotspot, home to not just the Tahr but also several lesser-known species, including the Nilgiri marten, small-clawed otter, ruddy mongoose, and dusky striped squirrel. Seasonal visitors like elephants also make their way to the park during certain times of the year.

The Rajamalai region serves as the designated tourism zone within the park, offering visitors a chance to explore its scenic beauty and unique wildlife. However, private vehicles are not permitted inside, and visitors must use the park’s authorized transportation for their journey. Additionally, Eravikulam National Park remains closed for nearly two months each year, typically in February and March, to protect the Nilgiri Tahr during its calving season.

Mattupetty Dam - Mattupetty, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Munnar, is a scenic retreat known for its pristine dam and serene lake, making it a perfect picnic spot for visitors. ALAPUZHA TO COCHIN DROP OFF

Kochi (Cochin) - Additional dates for Thekkady, Varkala, etc., can be added. Drop off at Cochin includes a 4-hour drive. If time permits, complimentary Cochin sightseeing is provided, which can include Fort Cochin, the Navy Museum, St. Francis Church, the Chinese Fishing Net, Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Marine Drive, Marine Walkway, boating, and Tripunithura Hill Palace. There is also time for shopping in Cochin. A representative will leave guests at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and provide necessary support there. Guests will drive back to their hometown with sweet memories of the Kerala trip. Hill Palace opens from 9 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Monday. The Dutch Palace is closed on Friday. The synagogue opens from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 to 5 PM and is closed on Friday and Saturday.
