A wonderful experience! - We did a private car version of the tour and had a wonderful time! Biju was very knowledgeable about the sights and he modified our trip as per our interests and timing. He provided us with many interesting facts about each of the places visited, things we will take away and remember. The car was clean and in very good condition. Definitely recommend the trip for a short insight into Kochi’s history.

Best Tour and Tour Guide - Amazing tour and guide. Dr Francis spoke excellent English and gave us great understanding of the history of Kochi and significance of the buildings while sharing how the locals live. He showed us his home and we met his beautiful 78 year old mother and 3 rescue dogs. We were also introduced to friends while on our walking tour. Such an authentic experience was incredible and the willingness to share his personal life was a highlight of our holiday and something we will never forget. Going to the Womens Co-operative to buy spices, tea and hand made crafts was also a highlight of the tour and our holiday. Such a great initiative and we hope our purchases help improve the lives of local women and families.

Best tour so far - Our guide Dr Francis was exceptional with his local knowledge. His commitment to his local community and animal welfare made this tour feel very personal and allowed us a glimpse into the local people.

Biju a great guide; tour in nice car with AC - Great tour with a Biju who grew up and currently lives in Kochi. He speaks excellent English and has a vast knowledge of the city's history. Car with AC was much better than riding in a Tuk Tuk for us. Really enjoyed how he connected the history to the people who currently live in the city. Amazing that 16 different languages are spoken in one city. And people of different ethnic groups and religions all living in harmony together. He even had pictures of the city from growing up to show the changes. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience - We really enjoyed our tour. Perfect for people who want to understand the many layered history of the Fort Kochin neighbourhoods from the distant to recent past. Biju is a true local and was able to take us to places we would not have been otherwise, that helped to bring the story of this historic place alive. Highly recommend.

The BEST Tour of Kochi! - Biju was an excellent guide, and Abhi the driver was warm and welcoming! A well-organized tour and great commentary!
Pros:
- Biju did a great job of making Fort Kochi and Mattancherry area accessible, interesting, and engaging!
- Adapted to our interests!
- Knowledgeable of the history and an occasional odd fact to keep things interesting!
- You can advise if you would prefer a sedan or a tuk-tuk transport.
- Speaks English fluently!
- Recommended a great place for lunch with an Indian curry sampler plate.
Cons:
- None!
Summary: A great tour guide! I'd take the tour again next time I am in the area!
NB: I've been on other Kochi tours, and they were little more than pointing at a site and a few words. No sense of history, connection, culture. This is NOT one of those tours! Biju was EXCELLENT!

Great tour of local history and culture - We did a combination walking and tuk tuk tour with Biju which was fantastic. He has a brilliant knowledge of the history and culture of the area as well as an obvious passion to share this with visitors. Great price and very easy to organise with him as well, would definitely recommend.

Best way to see local areas of Kochi and History - Biju was amazing and took us to very unique places we would not have seen otherwise. He also showed local shops that were priced very well and informative. We had young kids with us so he was very accommodating as well.

Wonderful guide - Biju's Tours (by Biju) in Kochi was a hugely surprising experience. Having just a few hours to spare while we waited for the flight we decided to check out what "fort" kochi had to offer. Fortunately finding some slot with the highest rated tour guide in Kochi.
He didnt disappoint.
A true Kochi boy who oozes love for the city. He knows all the routes, all the stories, seemingly every auto guy. He took us through some of the coolest neighborhoods with some of the illustrious spots in kochi while also casually name dropping and spitting out an engaging history lesson without us not even feeling like we are getting educated.
Equipped with a quick wit, earnest attitude and a bouncless energy he made the tour seem like it was without effort. The tour was carefully thought out while also giving us options to choose to make changes to the route. He made this brief tour so extensive that we felt compelled to come back for another one just to hang out with this guy.
Highly recommended and we wish him the best of luck on his endeavours.
