Excellent Transfer from Aswan to Luxor with Kom Ombo & Edfu - I booked this private transfer from Aswan to Luxor with stops at Kom Ombo and Edfu, and it was the perfect decision for my solo trip. The Car: The company provided a Mitsubishi Xpander, which was a huge plus. The road between Aswan and Luxor can be quite bumpy, but this SUV handled it perfectly. The rear ceiling AC vents made the ride very comfortable for me in the back seat. The Driver: My driver, Amr, was fantastic. He picked me up promptly at 8:00 AM from my Aswan hotel. I spent a total of about 2 hours visiting both temples, and we arrived at my Luxor hotel safely before 5:00 PM. Although we communicated in simple English, everything went smoothly. Amr was very helpful—he waited for me in the parking lots and always pointed out exactly where the ticket offices and entrances were. The Highlights: 1. Skipping the Horse Carriages at Edfu: This was a major benefit. With this private car, I was able to go directly to the temple parking lot, avoiding the hassle of the horse carriages. 2. Smooth Logistics: The driver handled all the police checkpoints efficiently, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, a stress-free and comfortable way to travel between the two cities. An amazing day - We had an amazing day tour from Luxor to visit the temples of Esna, Edfu, and Kom Ombo with Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi. Our driver was so friendly and made the trip very comfortable. The guide explained the history in a simple way, which made everything easy to understand. The Esna Temple was very peaceful, and the Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus, was so well preserved! Kom Ombo was interesting because it’s dedicated to two gods. We also had time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery by the Nile. It was a perfect day filled with history and beautiful sights!

Amazing day! - We had an amazing day with our professional driver Mido and tour guide Hatem, who made our trip to the temples of Esna, Edfu, and Kom Ombo unforgettable. We visited three of Egypt most important and historic buildings, which are located along the Nile River between Aswan and Luxor. We learned a lot about the history and culture of ancient Egypt from our knowledgeable guide Hatem, who explained everything in an engaging and clear way. He showed us the fascinating details and stories behind each temple, such as the surgical instruments carved on the walls of Kom Ombo, the double sanctuary dedicated to Horus and Sobek at Edfu, and the beautiful reliefs and inscriptions at Esna. We also enjoyed the scenic drive along the Nile River with our friendly and safe driver Mido, who made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the journey. He played some nice music, offered us snacks and water, and stopped whenever we wanted to take photos or admire the views. He also drove us smoothly and safely through the traffic and the rural roads. Mido and Hatem were very professional, punctual, courteous, and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences. They also gave us some great tips and recommendations for the rest of our stay in Luxor. Fascinating and friendly tour. Highly recommended. - I had a wonderful experience visiting Edfu and Kombo temple from Luxor with Mido my drive. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He picked me up from my hotel on time and drove me safely to the temples. He also gave me some interesting facts and stories about the history and culture of the places we visited. The temples were amazing to see. Edfu temple is dedicated to the Falcon God Horus and is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt. It has beautiful carvings and inscriptions that depict the myths and rituals of ancient Egypt. Kombo temple is a unique double temple that honours both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. It has a fascinating museum that displays the mummified crocodiles that were found near the temple. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore the ancient wonders of Egypt with a reliable and friendly driver. VIP Service - I booked a trip between Luxor to Aswan with two stops, Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo Temple. Our driver Mido was phenomenal. He gave us all the time we needed to explore and never felt rushed. Made it so much easier visiting the temples then having to worry about how to get to next destination through public transport. Mistake I made trying to visit Dendera and Abydos Temples. We even had a problem with our flight time back to Cairo as it was changed last minute and Mido went out of his way to take us to airline office to fix issue. We were staying at elephantine island and again he went out of his way making sure we boarded right ferry speaking with other people on our behalf as he helped us with luggage onto ferry. True VIP service at an affordable rate. I would never have gotten this type of service back in the US.
