- Kos - Our adventure starts from your hotel where you will be welcomed by our experienced Safari Captain who will brief you through the itinerary. We escape away from noisy Kos Town! Our adventure starts and we keep driving uphill. The vegetation around us is blooming! Our sense of smell goes crazy because of the dense Pine Forest and the seasonal herbs like thyme and lavender. We make several stops throughout our trip on Mountain Dikaios. We stop at a viewpoint to take photos, to search for turtles, and we end our Off-Road Adventure to the abandoned Hihoutes Village. Here, in this “ghost” village we can enjoy Greek coffee. We continue our trip and we drive to the area called Plaka where we can admire beautiful peacocks! As the sun goes down, we drive towards Zia Village to enjoy a traditional dinner at a tavern with a balcony that has spectacular sunset views of the deep blue Sea. We close our evening full of beautiful memories, adventurous moments, amazing scenery and local touch!

Zia sunset meal and 4X4 drive - Experienced driver who took us of road and visited spots with beautiful views over the island, pointed out points of interest as we drove along. Organised meal watching the sunset. Worth the trip only us and another couple. Apology can not remember drivers name 14/09/2024

Lovely trip - What a lovely trip our driver picked us up from our hotel, sorry can't remember his name but it began with P. We then picked up another couple and joined up with another vehicle. Off up into the mountains and forest for photo stops of the amazing views. The track in the forest very bumpy not good for anyone with back problems but our driver was very careful when he drove these tracks. Then on to Zia, lovely view of the sunset and the meal was great. Fantastic time would definitely recommend.

Awesome day out - I changed my trip from sunset to a day safari. Taken to some off the beaten track places which would have been difficult to get to without a great, knowledgeable driver and also a good vehicle. Picked up on time from my apartment and the day ran like clockwork. Very well organised and a memorable trip which i would do again.

Great evening!! - Enjoyed learning about Kos, and also seeing where the island sits amongst many other islands. The sunset was beautiful and did at the restaurant was great. Loved seeing the smaller villages and the castle. The guide is friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Exciting - With a fifteen minute delay we were picked up. A friendly driver who told a lot about Kos. We got to parts where we would never normally go. Sometimes quite exciting without a guardrail. Arriving in Zea we enjoyed a beautiful sunset and the food was simple but good. Then the driver dropped us off at the hotel again. A nice experience but 80 euros pp we found a bit too expensive.

Relaxing - A relaxing evening tour guide was lovely we especially liked the abandoned villas. Food was lovely but only two dishes did expect more traditional greek food such as a tapas (for the money) arrived back at hotel relaxed and stress free

Enjoyable tour, different from description - I booked this trip for my 8 year old son and myself for our last night on Kos. To start off we had a good time on the trip, views were incredible, dinner was nice and the sunset was amazing. However, it says the tour lasts 5 hours, ours was 3 hours. Furthermore in the description it also mentions you will visit Plaka to see the peackocks and that you will stop to look for turtles. We didn't do this and my son was somewhat disappointed. The tour was enjoyable but different from the description.

Dissapointing - We went on the sunset safaritrip in Kos on monday 11/09. We would very much like to give you a review since we actually were very dissapointed…
First of all there was a miscommunication, we booked the tour on saturday, but the reservation didn’t get through. We had to cancel our other plans to go on the safari. Of course this would have been no problem if it was everything we were promised, but unfortunately it wasn’t.
Our guide didn’t give us any explanation at all, we basically just had a private taxi driver. We could have payed a lot less for a private driver.
Furthermore the website said we would see Hihoutes and have a break with Greek coffee, but we didn’t see it. We did see some ruïnes without explanation. We also didn’t see any turtles, or looked for them for that matter.
At least the sunset in Zia was beautiful and we did have a good table…

Not worth the money - The trip was mediocre, we had a "nice" evening!
The views of the island from the mountian were great.
The vehicle was comfortable.
It was not an adventure, there was nothing exciting about it.
The meal was OK, however we missed the sunset, as we couldn't see it from our table.
Learned very little from the tour guide, but he was a very pleasant young man.
The village was lovely, lots of little shops, but not particularly any different from all the little shops around the island.
For my partner and I, this trip was nowhere near worth the money paid.

4x4 it is not - 4x4 it is not. you go by mini bus all we saw was a few good views a meal is frown in but not worth the £67 pounds each more in euros this is a recommended trip by tui as for me you are better to save your money my wife was disappointed but 4x4 trip it is not
