Bay of Kotor - Near a small village called Rose, there are three most impressive Submarine Tunnels which were built by the Yugoslav Army. The outside of the opening is designed and covered by fake rocks so they would not be invisible to satellites or spy planes.
When we say this tunnel is the best hidden sight in Montenegro, we mean it literally. Built during the 1970s by the Yugoslav Navy, this tunnel was designed to stealthily host submarines and small ships. The entrance features a peculiar construction covered with fake rocks designed to make the spot invisible to unsuspecting eyes.
The tunnel is a part of a fascinating and little-known series of similar tunnels and stealth locations built by the Yugoslav Army along the coasts of Montenegro and Croatia. Two smaller tunnels are located nearby, but the one near Rose is the largest, the most interesting to explore, and actually the only one that used to host submarines.

Fantastic Private Tour - Luca provided one of the best tours we have ever been on! He is knowledgeable, courteous, accomodating and a great DJ. Magnificent scenery and wonderful boat, would highly recommend to anyone!

Don't miss this while in Montenegro! - First of all the owner was amazing during the booking process and info on how to best organize our trip, parking and etc (since our hotel was located in Herceg Novi and the tour starts in Kotor which is aprox 1 hour drive by car). The boats are very well kept and clean. Our tour crew Aleksandar and Balša made the entire excursion extra fun with summer vibes music and local tour guide stories and recommendations. We enjoyed every minute of the tour. Highly recommended.

Must do in Kotor - We had a fantastic tour with Elijah, He provided interesting facts and we had comfortable ride in a small group.
Also the music playlist was on point.

Spectacular tour of the Bay - The tour of the Bay was incredible, with great views and interesting facts.
We had the chance to see the blue cave without tourists inside.
Our guide Drago was great, explained a lot to us, and was really knowledgeable.
Finally, organizing the tour was really easy thanks to Jelena who helped us out.
Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely Boat Trip - We did the 3hr bay boat tour.
It was just right, the girl who booked us the trip in Kotor was pleasant and helpful.
The tour stopped at the lady of the rock but not Perest.
The boat driving gave us some info about the bay and some of the sites ( Blue Cave and Submarine docks )

3 hour tour of lady of the rocks and tunnel and caves - Had booked a few days previous to go and really was looking forward to the trip
Was told our boat was leaving at 8.30am so we went down to the pier as agreed early
Cruise ship landed in the mean time and the blonde host basically ignored us until 9am
Loaded all the others on the boat which is fine I get they make a lot of money out of the cruise ships but then had to call one boat back which was very full for us and another couple just to squeeze us in
I wish we had have done what the other couple had done not went although we could hear them having to argue with the rude and stuck up blonde host about getting the refund
The boat was so full we didn’t enjoy it at all and that was even without the other 2 who were also meant to get on

Read the low rating give it a miss - Avoid rip off! no blue cave tour weather not permitted but sold us tickets then told us no blue cave.
Captain was too busy chatting up young girls, bent down to make them alcoholic drinks for them while letting her drive the boat! Dangerous, no safety and dishonest.
