The beginning of the ascent is from the village of Donji Orahovac. There is a height difference of 740 meters. After a vacation on the top of the Vranovo hill, we descend to Perast, where boat riding is organized to the famous island of Our Lady of The Rocks.

Note: The tour lasts 4 - 5 hours + time for transfer depending on the city of your accommodation.

Situated outside Perast, within the Boka Kotorska bay, lies Vranovo hill. At its peak, the Fortress of St. Andrew offers one of the most breathtaking coastal views of Montenegro, with a bird’s-eye view over the Bay of Kotor. Constructed between 1882 and 1886, St. Andrew is primarily an Austro-Hungarian fortress that dominates Vranovo hill. In the Austro-Hungarian archives, it was identified by the name of Fort Vranovo hill. Its mission was to guard the routes leading from Čevak to Donji Orahovac, Perast, and Risan, while also overseeing the territories of Gornji Orahovac, the Stepen village, and Donji Orahovac. A winding 2-meter wide road connects Perast to this fortress.
