• MTR Jordan Station - Join us as we visit the nearby food market by the metro station to purchase organic pork for the class. Afterwards, we’ll head to a café to prepare and cook dumplings, ensuring the freshest ingredients!

We’ll make half of the dumpling wrappers from scratch and use ready-made wrappers for the other half. (If you’d like to make all wrappers from scratch, please let us know in advance. It’s your choice and optional.) We’ll also prepare the filling from scratch. Each person will make a total of ten dumplings.

Hello everyone! I’m a local from Hong Kong.

Cooking has been a passion of mine since childhood, thanks to my mom who taught me how to prepare various Chinese dishes. One of our cherished traditions is making dumplings, a family activity where we all come together to prepare, wrap, and cook.

I would love to share this joyful experience with guests, from the preparation stage to sitting around the table and enjoying the meal.
