Again, lesson learned.... - Again, lesson learned. This app charges more than booking direct or what others were able to pay for the same services. I had to wait 15 min to get in so they could consult with the manager to find my booking.

Sky Lagoon is UNBELIEVABLY awesome - The Sky Lagoon is probably the closest man-made 'heaven on earth' experience available. Our family of 4 (2 adult children) enjoyed it so much we came back once more for another round of the Skjol ritual, and 2 more hours of soaking before leaving Iceland. The lagoon is heavenly. I will return in my mind to my swim/walk through the basalt cliffs, with the view of the Bay ahead of me. The facilities (lagoon, sauna) are gorgeous with incredible views. The ritual is restorative. I can't recommend this enough! Geothermal power at its best!

The perfect welcome to Iceland! - This was the first activity we did on our first evening after arriving in Rekjavik and it was an incredible start to our trip! We all needed this to shake off our long travel day and it helped rejuvenate us! Very highly recommend doing this as a welcome to Iceland. We had our two teenagers with us and it was lovely for all. The Sky Lagoon sells delicious mocktails and cocktails to enjoy in the lagoon and the seven step ritual was amazing. This was the only lagoon experience we did and even considered returning on our last day. A must do!!!

Excellent place to relax - Amazing experience. Booked through our uk travel agent. Paid extra for private changing facilities. Cannot fault the service. Lovejoy welcome from Marco who organised a disabled changing facility for us as my husband is in a wheelchair. He ensured our teens got their private cubicles and lockers and waited for us to ensure hubby was comfortable getting into the lagoon out if he needed help. He didn't but what a great service. Changing room was well equipped for those with a variety of disabilities. 2 showers, variety of shower chairs, pool pod to access the lagoon should you need it. Lockers, toilet, sink, changing bed, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner etc. Ritual was perfect although my husband panicked in some places as it was very slippy and he wears a prosthetic leg so was concerned about falling. Plenty of staff around should you need help. Lovely swim up bar, waterfall and cafe afterwards. Also a bar area which we didn't use. So glad we booked this lagoon as you don't need to worry about not getting your hair wet unlike other lagoons.

Relaxing - This was a very pleasant relaxing experience. We stayed the whole day and just relaxed. After the lagoon we ate in their restaurant and had a very nice charcuterie board. This is the perfect experience if you just want some down time. My only complaint is we had entry for 10am, we were about 1/2 hour early and they made us stand outside in the cold. There was no reason we couldn’t have sat in the lounge/cafe area. Maybe consider opening the cafe an hour earlier than the lagoon so people can come and get breakfast.

Sky Lagoon - Sky Lagoon was an incredible geothermal spa experience. The water was perfectly warm and so relaxing. The seven-step ritual is a must—it’s the best way to fully experience Icelandic culture. They also have drinks, food, and a great gift shop, and the changing rooms felt like a luxury spa. Definitely worth it!

Definitely worth it!! - This was 100% worth it!! We went straight from the airport which made it even more amazing after a long flight. It wasn’t terribly crowded which I was happy about, and the 7 step ritual was definitely worth it. I’d go back for just the sauna alone! We stayed there around 3 hours, but I could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!

Love the Ritual - Our ticket got us the private changing rooms which were very nice! Especially having the private shower. The covered entry to the lagoon was also much appreciated! However, being on the water did create some areas for wind tunnels with the designs. There were a few rocks inside the lagoon that stuck out oddly lower down so I was afraid of stubbing my toes. After a while we went to do the 7 step ritual. We fully enjoyed this experience although coming out of the sauna, a directional sign would be nice as the majority of people thought the scrub was next. There are water sprouts with signs to stay hydrated but nothing to use to get the water other than your hands. Theres no rush to leave and the swim up bar had some nice drinks! I wish the cafe had more selection for food as we were hungry when we were done.

Good start to our trip - It’s a great way to start your trip. Went straight from the airport. It’s very nice. Clean, good showers, and pool is really nice and the perfect temp. The steps were fun. Sauna and steam room were really nice.
