Excellent and reliable - Excellent company and excellent communication. I booked Thier services for a hen do, where they picked us up (group of 7 with suitcases) from Krakow and took us to zakopane and then picked us up a few days later from zakopane and took us back to Krakow airport. They arrived slightly early each time and was happy to wait until we was ready and both journeys and communication was excellent and quick and very friendly. Highly recommend this company for anyone and I will be using them again.

What a amazing company 💫💫💫💫 - We found this company on face book and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish . We booked a few trips and they were the best with nothing bad to say about this company the drivers were so nice and give us load of information about krakow where to go and eat etc if u unsure about booking a company look no further because they were amazing from start to finish

Amazing company - We are just home from a fabulous long weekend in Krakow. What a beautiful city ♥️ Before our trip I had seen a lot of negative and some positive posts regarding tour operators. I must say that Krakvel Tranfers and Tours have given us the best customer service from start to finish. They picked us up from out side of the airport and took us into the city with no issues. Our driver was very friendly and recommended us a lot of places to eat whilst staying in the city. The next morning we were picked up and taken to Auschwitz. Again the driver was friendly and very helpful. He was in time and showed us exactly where to go when arriving at Auschwitz. He kept intouch with us throughout the tour through WhatsApp and came along to Birkenau to collect us from there. He then took us back to Krakow. We then arranged for the same company to collect us on the morning of our flight to take us back to the airport. Again with no issues and very friendly service. I would highly recommmed Krakvel to anyone looking to explore Krakow and the surrounding areas. Very happy customers and they made out trip very easy and enjoyable 🇵🇱

Krakvel Tours - We used Krakvel tours for everything whilst we over in Poland, airport transfers, Aushwitz, golf buggy tour of Krakow as well as a day trip into Zakepane and the thermal baths. They were absolutely fantastic, were quick to reply to our questions, always on time and really friendly, many thanks to Conrad and his team

Friendly and welcoming experience - Our driver, Conrad, was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we return to Krakow. Conrad took us to the entrance and made sure we met our tour guide before leaving us to experience our excursion. We had communication throughout the day via Whatsapp which was very helpful. He even gave us some recommendations on what foods to try and where else would be worth a visit during our stay. Five ***** service.

Incredible service! - We booked both airport transfers, Auschwitz and zakopane with Conrad! He was brilliant! So knowledgeable and accommodating! He organised everything for us we didn’t have to do a thing! Which took all the pressure off and made the trip so relaxing! It was great getting picked up from the hotel instead of having to go to a pick up place, and having a private car instead of going on a coach was much more comfortable and enjoyable for the journeys. He even took us to these cute little huts for cheese tasting and became our own personalised photographer 😂 thankyou Conrad for an amazing trip!

Highly recommend - Booked our trip to Auschwitz through Krakvel after hearing stories of other companies cancelling at the last minute. Konrad was excellent, picked us up from our hotel on time, drove perfectly in awful rain and sleet, looked after us right until we met our guide at Auschwitz, he even provided an umbrella. He was waiting for us after our trip finished at Birkenau, and brought us back to hotel. Cannot recommend him highly enough, will be using Krakvel when we come back next year

No hesitation recommending this company. - We booked our airport transfer plus Auschwitz and salt mine tours with krakvel. Airport pick up was superb despite delayed flight and our driver was extremely informative on the journey in. We had originally been told our pick up for Auschwitz was 6am however this was moved to 12.50 the night before, if I’m honest this was a better time. From arriving at the first camp the trip was fantastic our guide was knowledgeable and passionate. We were back at our hotel for 7.30. The salt mine trip was fantastic and made that bit more special by our driver Peter. His passion for the city was infectious. On arrival at the mines he took us to our guide and gave detailed instructions for pick up. Despite it not being on the itinerary on arriving back in krakow Peter took us on an informed and detailed “ safari “ of the Jewish quarter and the ghetto with stops and stories outside the square, Schindler’s factory and the old pharmacy. This is certainly a man proud of his city and loves his job. Can highly recommend this company with good communications pre and post reservation.
