Brilliant tour, would definitely recommend - Micheal was our tour guide and he was very helpful, he was efficient with all of his timing and stops and answered all questions we had. We avoided all Q’s as Micheal had our tickets on the bus for us and we got straight into Auschwitz and the salt mines while others were waiting 3/4 hours for their tickets with other tours.

We had a really great time. - Me and my boyfriend went on this tour. We had a great time. Our tour guide Erik was very helpful and very friendly. Our bus driver was great too. I really recommend doing this tour, Auschwitz-Birkenau is 100% worth going to visit. There’s a lot to see and learn, it’s quite emotional, but overall a great experience and a good place to see in person. The salt mines at the end of the tour were unbelievable to see. We really enjoyed that tour. The whole time I couldn’t comprehend the fact that we were underground. Beautiful sculptures and very interesting stories about the salt mines. Very glad we did this tour.

Excellent Tour - This was a brilliant tour. We were communicated very clearly about pickup time and place and everything ran very timely. Our tour guide Mario was very good at letting us know about the layout for the full day but was also so knowledgable on the tour. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Pick up time was changed... - Pick up time was changed but I expected that after reading other reviews. So an early start but definitely worth it. Pick up was smooth and on time. Michael was the guide on the coach and he was brilliant. Not many breaks but that was absolutely fine. We had taken water and ordered a lunch box which was good value for money. Would highly recommended this tour.

Great tour - This tour is amazing. It's a long day, and going to the camps was emotional, but so worth it. Our tour guide, Martin, did an excellent job giving us context on where we were and what happened there. It was very informative and I'll bring the memories of this tour with me for a long time. Going to the Salt Mine after was a good end to the day. It was a cool experience to see the mines! Highly recommend this day trip.

Certainly not - I do NOT recommend this company. We booked a combined Auschwitz and Salt Mines tour with them for the same day, including hotel pickup, and paid €110. The Auschwitz visit was supposed to include transport, entrance tickets, a guided tour, and skip-the-line access. Two days before the tour, we were informed via email and WhatsApp that they couldn’t find a tour guide, so we would only get a guidebook instead. They also told us we would have to cancel the Salt Mines part, as without the guide they could no longer fit both activities in one day. They offered a 50% refund if we agreed. I honestly don’t understand what “we couldn’t find a guide” even means. Isn’t that what we booked and paid for? Are they really trying to find a guide at the last minute? This is supposed to be a professional company. I told them the information they were giving us was unclear—especially regarding how we were supposed to rebook the Salt Mines—and that it was extremely disappointing to be told all this only two days in advance. Their response? A single link from GetYourGuide, telling us to book something else ourselves. I repeatedly asked them to confirm our departure time and pickup location for Auschwitz. After several messages, they finally said we had to meet them at a meeting point instead of being picked up from our hotel. Then the day before (again, only after I contacted them), they finally gave us the pickup time and said they would in fact come to the hotel. Just to note: their WhatsApp messages and their emails/app had conflicting information about times and locations. Now for the actual Auschwitz visit: a complete disaster. They took us to pick up tickets, where we waited for two hours doing absolutely nothing. Then they brought us to the Auschwitz camp, gave us a single guidebook in our language for four people, and once again we waited another three hours doing nothing. We had to go looking for the driver to find out what was going on, only to be told that for the museum part, we had to line up for an hour to be the first in line—so that we could manage to leave by 6 PM to go back to Krakow. So yes, we waited in the sun for an hour—elderly people in the group were clearly struggling with the heat. Then we rushed through the Auschwitz museum in a stressful, hurried way just to meet the schedule. Even more shocking? We found out from museum staff that Auschwitz tickets are actually free. So what exactly did we pay for? There was no guide, no skip-the-line access, no proper organization. We arrived at Auschwitz around 8:45 AM and left at 6 PM, and only about three hours of that were actually spent meaningfully visiting the site. I am now waiting for a refund. If you’re planning to visit Auschwitz, do your research carefully. This level of disorganization and deception is not worth wasting an entire day on. They charge you for services they do not provide, they give misleading information, and they simply cannot manage basic communication. Avoid at all costs.
