The meeting point will be either at the hotel front desk or outside near the entrance to the apartments. Once all participants are gathered, the journey to Auschwitz will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - An English-guided tour of the Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum is conducted by a licensed museum guide. (Headphones are provided.) The visit to the camps lasts around 3.5 hours and includes tours of both Nazi camps: Auschwitz and Birkenau.
- Wieliczka Salt Mine - Following this, the tour proceeds to the Salt Mine. A lunch box can be ordered if desired. Tickets for the English tour are included, along with parking and all entrance fees.
- Krakow’s Rynek Glowny Central Square - After the tour, guests will be returned to Krakow, either to their accommodation or any other location within the city.

Wieliczka Salt mine constitutes an invaluable monument of global material culture, the only mining site still in operation since the medieval times.

• It encompasses an elaborate network of underground passages accounting for 3,000 chambers, extending to 300 km in length, and lying between 64 to 327 meters below the surface
• In 1978, it earned a spot on UNESCO’s pioneering list of World Cultural and Natural Heritage Sites
- Please note that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- A maximum of 8 people per booking
- For all bookings made for 2021 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
- Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
- Our cars will be disinfection before each service

Amazing! - Amazing experience and one worth to see when visiting Krakow. Our driving was fantastic. Very friendly and prompt with timings. Our tour guide in Auschwits was very knowledgeable, explaining everything and very respectful throughout the tour. The salt mines exceeded my expectations and it was truly amazing to see. Again our guide for the salt mines was very knowledgeable. It is a long day so make sure you were comfortable shoes and bring something to drink/ eat between the trips.

Exceptional Tour - Excellent tour, communication was great prior to the tour and Christian was a wonderful guide during the day and was efficient and friendly. The guide at Auchwitz was excellent and explained everything well and the salt mine was far beyond our expectations and must be seen, simply staggering.

Great trip - The tour was very good and well run. Since the booking asked for your name, auschwitz tickets are issued in your name and the confidence of knowing the tour would not be cancelled due to a lack of tickets is worth it. Communication before and during was great as well.

A great tour and a must do. - This was a great tour, so glad we booked it. Going to Aushwitz-Birkenau was our main reason for visiting Krakow and we took our time to pick the right tour. This was it, perfect in every way. Our driver, Bartek was very friendly and attentive. A truly lovely guy. He communicated well with us prior to the tour and also on the day. We were in a small group and the other people all said how great this tour was! The vehicle was immaculate as was his driving. The visit to Auschwitz was upsetting but a must see for all. The salt mine was amazing, so worth visiting. Bartek provided a superb tour and also a great lunch. The day was perfect and we totally recommend booking with Him.

Worth doing - Auschwitz trip was something I’ve felt the need to do for a long time and even though I thought I was prepared a few bits still upset me.
The mine I had no prior knowledge of but as it was a must see thought I’d do it. It didn’t disappoint and I enjoyed it.
Our driver Bartek was brilliant, he was friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. The lunch we bought from him was extremely tasty.

History of Auswitch and Birkenau is just something one must see where it all happened.

Highlight of our Poland Trip. - First of all, Igor was absolutely one of the best guides we’ve had on all of our trips to Europe. Intelligent, engaging, very knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating the entire day.
Igor connected with us prior to picking us up and made sure to arrange lunch for us for the break between Auschwitz and Birkenau. He did an amazing job articulating what the day would look like, what to expect, and was a joy to ride with the whole day.
Auschwitz and Birkenau should be a must when you visit Poland, as well as the Salt Mine.
We read many reviews about the Salt Mine and the steps. Here’s the thing, the steps are many, but our group felt like it was almost easier than Auschwitz and Birkenau. The stairs are well built with railings, there are many places to stop and sit on a bench throughout. It was an unbelievable experience.
If you come to Poland, book with Igor and do this trip!

A humble yet harrowing tour - Absolutely brilliant. Such a well informed and humble Auschwitz tour guide for a harrowing experience. Our driver was punctual, polite and helpful with great communication. The mine was excellent too but I will say that perhaps the 2 together in one day is a bit too much. We were exhausted and drained physically and emotionally. That’s the only negative though. It feels wrong to say a fabulous experience given the nature of it but you know what I mean. Well worth it
