Auschwitz Birkenau guided tour - Very informative guide - happy to answer questions. Would recommend. Extremely well organized pick up and drop off, no stress throughout entire trip.

A must see - Wednesday 9th July
This trip was an incredible and obviously sad experience.
It was very well organized by the Company we booked it with. We were picked up on time. The driver was very friendly. Sorry I didn’t have cash to tip him. The bus was a mini one and uncomfortable but nothing to complain about really after what we saw in Auschwitz and Birkenau
Our guide there was exceptional. She told the story in a very measured, calm and respectful way. She was happy to answer questions and took her time with us. That was some feat when you consider the lashing rain. She should be congratulated!!!!

Definition of world war 2 atrocities - Really recommend tour and this company for this trip. Really nice transport. Good guide and driver. Plenty of time and wasn't rushed at all. This tour is obviously emotionally but one all should do and never forget

Fantastic tour guide - Fantastic tour guide, small Polish gentleman, very knowledgeable, can’t praise him enough.
Only problem had, was time of pick up changed from 09.30 to 14.20. Tour was rushed at end & arrival back to be able to go out on evening was ruined.

Sombre, Interesting, Rushed. - We went on the Auschwitz tour on a hot Wednesday. The tour itself was very interesting and our guide Robert had excellent knowledge of the history of Auschwitz.
Some parts of it felt quite rushed. There was a lot to see, but frequently we were herded through rooms with no opportunity to read the exhibits or properly look at the pictures.
At lunchtime, we were given just fifteen minutes to get some food and drinks. There were queues for the toilet which meant that we only had time to grab a snack from a machine. Given that the temperature outside was 33 degrees we would have welcomed time for a cold drink.
The tour of Birkenau was cut short due to the heat, so we only had 45 minutes there instead of the planned 90. We’re not sure what we missed because of that.

- We bought the tour via Get your Guide. The company cancelled our reservation less DE 24 hours before the tour without explanation. We came to Krakow mainly to visit the Auchwitz Birkenau camp. On the other hand they offered us a visit three times more expensive for the same site.
I don't recommend it.

Tour Cancelled - I was notified my tour was cancelled 17 hours before the activity when I was already flying to Krakow.
No reschedule option was provided.

Must visit but not with this tour company - Pre booked with a different tour company. Then paid an extra £18 each as they changed the time from 9.30am to 5.30am
Pointless as this tour company also then changed their pick up time from 9.15am to 6am. What a waste of money.
Lady guide was rude & impatient. Never quite waiting for the group to catch up before setting off again so the tour felt very rushed
That said, a truly humbling place and we should never forget what atrocities took place there EVER

Be very careful before you book - See Krakow cancelled the tour the evening before we were supposed to go which was piss poor, given we had booked several days in advance the said no guide available we managed to rebook with a reputable operator and we had a humbling visit. The thing for me was if you cancel within 14 days you do not get a refund however they can cancel just a few hours before yes we got our money back but no recompense for the inconvenience or the fact when you are on a short trip you may not be able to get on another trip. The other company we went with sourced a guide so that asks the question why couldn’t SeeKrakow, lots of cancelled trips if you read the reviews so be careful before you book with this company.
