- The maximum size of hand luggage is 30 x 20 x 10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It’s okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.

Very good tour and our driver Daniel was very friendly. - We went on Sunday 9th feb, pickup was on time and our driver Daniel was very friendly and helpful. Constant contact with him throughout the lead up to the tour. Tour was excellent!!

Worth It - Our tour guide was very informative, knowledgeable, and answered all questions we had. This was a very emotional tour but definitely worth going. This should be experienced by anyone traveling in this area.

Great - Peter our driver made the whole experience enjoyable, from pick up to drop off he couldn’t have made it any more pleasant! Even charged my phone for me as was on 6% & made sure we were up in time for the transfer . Great experience!

krakow - krakow was unbelievable! definitely a must do and everyone was really nice to be honest, they all knew english and were perfectly mannered.

Be carefully who you book with...rip off companies - Our experience was terrible. We arranged to meet Lucas (the tour representative)at the entrance of Auschwitz museum. We waited over an hour with our child it was -4 degrees. I phoned and text him he ignored every message never replied. We could not get in as he had the tickets which we had paid for in advance. We had set off at 6am in a taxi from Krakow, my family of 4 ready for our day ahead. We were all very upset as this experience was our main part of the trip.

Total exploitation by TripAdvisor - A complete disaster from start to finish. Tripadvisor let us down badly having booked this a month in advance we were told the day before that our trip had been cancelled. Offered another option which meant being picked up at our accommodation at 04-50 instead of 08-10 - An hour plus drive arriving at Auschwitz to then be told we would have a further 3.5 hour wait for our tickets and tour guide. It was absolutely freezing. When we were eventually assigned a tour guide we must of been in a group of 40 plus persons. We struggled to throughout. The icing on the cake was at the end of it all we were being taken to the Salt mines which we had not been informed of and had paid for as a separate excursion. After dropping other group members off at the Salt mines we then sat in traffic for another 1.5 hours before being dropped off at our accommodation some 14.5 hours later.
Extremely poorly organised and not worth the trouble. Group was far to big and TripAdvisor should hold their heads in shame as we felt totally exploited and what should have been the highlight of our trip to Krakow was totally spoilt.
