- DEPARTURE TIME: You will be picked up from your selected location between 2:00am to 1:30pm depending on museum’s availability to start the tour. We will inform you the final pickup time at least 12 hours prior to pickup time so you can make plan to arrive at pickup location.

- LUGGAGE SIZE: Each traveller is allowed a maximum size of any baggage allowed in The Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is 30x20x10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It’s okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
- WEATHER: We operates in all weather conditions, during this tour, you will spend up to 70% of the time outdoors, especially during the second part at Birkenau Memorial Place. Please bring weather appropriate clothing.
- In order to enter the Auschwitz Musuem customer must provide tour provider with full names of all participants. Otherwise customers won’t be allowed to enter.
- ID DOCUMENTS: Every visitor has to bring ID to verify. Otherwise the security might refuse enter the Musuem
- In the absence of a guide, the tour will be organized by purchasing tickets at the ticket office for a guided tour.

Good. - Organizational matter very well because it was very crowded despite being November, the phenomenal guide.
The concentration camp is not worth much, they are teaching less and less, to say virtually nothing.

Heartbreaking - Wrong information tour was very rushed! It’s just a money making machine ! And guild didn’t slow down for the group ! Tripadvisor changed time at last minute then waited 3 hrs in queue very poor !

Na - We booked a 8 30 pickup and ended up have to get our bus at 2.05 in the morning so ppl need to be aware of this

Be careful of the timings - Should of got picked up at 10.10 got changed to 13.30 . Second part of the tour was a waste of time and dangerous as was dark

Terrible experience - Please do not book this tour - chose one of the other providers. Our pick up time changed at late notice to 315am and then failed to pick us up at our hotel. We’d failed to notice that the pick up location had also been changed to a 10min drive away. We’d failed ended up getting the train and eventually found our driver who said that there were no English speaking tours available! It was just a horrendous experience! The only saving grace was they actioned a refund very quickly!

Willy - They ask you to choose start time 10:10 or 08:10. When less than 24 hours are left until the trip, they inform that the trip begins in the middle of the night. Then it's too late to cancel and get your money back. I think this is pure fraud. We were in line from 04:00, the guided tour started at 12:15.

They changed the time tom 02am with only a few hours advance! Like we were going in the middle of the night!
And we tried to contact and call, they didn't answer.

Disappointed!! - Scam! They changed the time from 10.10 AM hotel pickup to 02.05 AM city pickup way to late. We tried to contact them but they didn’t responde until late in the afternoon via WhatsApp and not on the phone. We have requested a refund but unfortunately we won’t make it to Auschwitz this time. Very sad!!

Not a GR8WAY to treat customers - Terrible lack of communication from GR8WAY.
They don't answer phone, they don't answer message messages o tripadvisor, they don't answer email.
The only message we got was a WhatsApp message our tour was cancelled 20:30 o'clock the day before and a question if we wanted to rebook the day after.
We heard nothing after that.
Totally unserious operator.

SCAM - AVOID - This is a scam.
You book for 10:10am with tickets included but it’s all a lie.
They will change the time to 3am and make you queue for the tickets in the cold yourself for 3+ hours.
Do not book for this company.
