Excellent tour company!!! We will use them again when we come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We booked our trip using get your guide. Excellent service from beginning to end. We were picked up very promptly at 5:25am. The journey was 1 hour 20 minutes. The bus was very clean and air conditioned. The driver Marcus was very good. Our tour guide Mario was very nice, very knowledgeable and respectful. Being a local man he shared somethings that his grandfather had told him. The early pick up meant that we were one of the first groups in the museum, which meant we could see everything easier and we weren’t queuing to get into the huts. We were given plenty of breaks upon arrival & leaving each site, to use the loo and get drinks and snacks.

good organization but very rushed - The transportation logistics were very comfortable and very well organized by our guide Margarita, who was very, very pleasant. The Auschwitz guide, I felt, explained the basics too quickly, so we couldn't stop to feel and empathize with the victims. It gave a commercial feeling where more value is given to the photos than to the intense experience. Although the guide is a crucial part and we didn't have much luck, it is definitely recommended.

Impressive and sad at the same time. 1 A - excursion - Many informative but also sad impressions collected. I can only recommend to anyone. Our guide and the bus driver were absolutely top and gave us a lot of information. The guide was excellent in German. Anytime I would make the trip again.

A truly touching visit - Our guide during the trip Sara was very nice, kind and helpful. The visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau does not require comment, it pierces your heart and you wonder how this could really have been possible.

Mandatory stop in history - It was impressive to know what we saw in history books is unheard of as far as hatred, desire for power can go and the worst part is that there are repeated acts. They facilitated our visit, Margarita is very nice and I always confirm that we understood the instructions.

Disappointing - We booked two tours with this organizer several weeks in advance. A German-guided tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau and a German-guided tour of the Schindler factory. Both tours were not carried out by the organizer as booked. At the Tour Schindler factory we helped a WhatsApp about a month before that the tour cannot take place in German, but we will receive a Skip the line ticket. We then looked around for other options, but the German tours were all already booked. So we decided to take this ticket to at least not have to wait in line. But we paid significantly too much because including guided tour was booked. At the Schindler factory we then bought a brochure in German, which gave us the necessary information during the independent tour. During the guided German tour to Auschwitz Birkenau we got a WhatsApp 5 days before that the tour does not start at 08:00 as planned but only at 16:00 - 17:00. There will be no tour. We could then visit the concentration camp ourselves on the basis of a brochure. We then contacted the provider and asked how this should be done if we only leave Krakow between 16:00 and 17:00, the journey to Auschwitz takes 90 minutes and the concentration camp closes at 19:00. They then said that we had about 1.5 hours in Auschwitz, but we could cancel the tour and get the money back. We did that because we felt that it didn’t make much sense to go to Auschwitz. At such short notice, tickets were no longer available on the official Auschwitz website, certainly not with a guide and in the language we wanted. Very unfortunate, because visiting this historically significant place was the main reason for our trip to Poland. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
