- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - The tour starts with Auschwitz I, the original main concentration camp. Here, visitors will learn about the camp’s origins and the events that took place. The primary exhibition is located in this section.
- Brzezinka - Following a brief pause, the tour continues to Auschwitz II - Birkenau. This segment of the tour offers insight into the vast scale of the events that occurred. It is a more reflective part of the visit.
- Krakow - After the tour, there is leisure time to visit the bookstore or café at a relaxed pace. Following this break, the return journey to Krakow begins, with the driver dropping you off at any preferred location in the city.

Great service punctual helpful and informative. - Great experience. Our Driver Peter was friendly, helpful and very informative. Our drive was smooth and comfortable with air conditioned taxi. Packed lunch was available through them but we decided to take our own. Definitely would recommend Peter as a driver and the company as a whole

Great experience - Booking the tour was very easy and communication beforehand was clear and helpful. Our driver, Peter, was excellent – prompt, friendly, and made sure we were fully informed at every stage. He was also a very safe and skilled driver, which made the journey comfortable. Pick-up times were given well in advance and everything ran smoothly. Our tour guide at Auschwitz was also very good – informative, emotive, and respectful throughout, which made the experience all the more meaningful. Overall, the tour was extremely well organised and I’d highly recommend it.

Our driver - Daniel- was very punctual and friendly! He was an excellent communicator and made us feel welcome. Well coordinated - The journey there and back was comfortable and everything was well organised. We felt confident with our tour provider. Would recommend definitely. Daniel was a great driver too! Very courteous and helpful

Auschwitz-birkenau private tour - A must see tour!
From booking our private transfer and tour, we were kept informed of what we needed to bring, scheduled time etc everything was very smooth. When our transfer arrived Jan texted to let us know he had arrived. Jan give us information on duration of journey and what was scheduled for us. I have never been on a more smooth tour everything ran like clockwork. I would highly recommend using this company for a tour.

Not so private - It is important to segregate the 2 elements that are included in the price.
You are essentially paying for your own private taxi for the return journey with no hassle getting tickets.
The driver was exceptionally pleasant and told us how the day worked. He pointed out a few buildings on the journey but that was all.
Once at A-Birkenau you are part of a 20+ group- not private. Having said that the guides employed by the A-B site are exceptional.
