The English guide tells the story about conditions and live of prisoners and show the remains of barracks, watchtower, railway ramps, gas chambers and crematorium. After completing the sightseeing, return back to Cracow and finish the tour at the reception of your hotel.
- VISITING PACE: Please note that there are hundreds of people visiting the Auschwitz Museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible.
- DEPARTURE TIME: You will be picked up from your selected location between 3:00am to 1:30pm depending on museum’s availability to start the tour. Select your most favorable timeslot and we will try to fit you in, but it is not a guarantee. We will inform you the final pickup time at least 12 hours prior to pickup time so you can make plan to arrive at pickup location. Changing the pickup time does not entitle you to cancel the trip and receive a refund.
- LUGGAGE SIZE: Each traveller is allowed a maximum size of any baggage allowed in The Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is 30x20x10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It’s okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
- WEATHER: We operates in all weather conditions, during this tour, you will spend up to 70% of the time outdoors, especially during the second part at Birkenau Memorial Place. Please bring weather appropriate clothing.
- HOTEL PICKUP: Some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possbile pickup point.
- In order to enter the Auschwitz Musuem customer must provide tour provider with full names of all participants. Otherwise customers won’t be allowed to enter.
- ID DOCUMENTS: Every visitor has to bring ID to verify. Otherwise the security might refuse enter the Musuem
- In the absence of a guide, the tour will be organized by purchasing tickets at the ticket office for a guided tour.

The trip that didn't happen. - Transport arrived 5 hours before we knew. Got a call from random number in middle of night ! Pickup point changed to location we didn't know whereabouts! Who goes on bus trip at 3am in morning

Avoid at all costs!! - We booked a 10 am tour that included hotel pick-up and drop-off. The day before, we received a text stating that pick-up would instead be at 3:20 am, and we would need to walk 10 minutes to a different pick-up point.
After texting back and forth to express how unreasonable this change was, we were told this was our only chance to visit Auschwitz during our stay.
Auschwitz is roughly an hour from Kraków. We arrived outside at around 4:10 am and were made to queue until the ticket office opened at 7:30 am. Only then did the company purchase our tickets, and our tour did not begin until 9:30 am—after five and a half hours of unnecessary waiting.
Given the emotional and upsetting nature of the museum, it feels difficult to complain. However, this company is misrepresenting their service and should be upfront about these arrangements. While we are young and fit, an elderly gentleman on our tour clearly struggled with standing for such a long time.
If you are visiting, avoid this company at all costs. There are reputable operators who will book your tickets in advance and collect you at a reasonable time.

Avoid at all costs 💥💥 Pick up changed from 11am to 3.15am then told there was no refund after we had cancelled - We booked a trip to Auschwitz at £115 with a pick up time off 11am, the afternoon before we received an e-mail saying the pick up time had been changed to 3.15am, please confirmif this was agreeable.
We e-mailed back and said 3.15 in the morning wasn't acceptable and were told to cancel via the app and explain the circumstances which we did.
The next day we received an e-mail saying due to the cancellation being 24hrs before the pick up time there was no refund available.
The next day we met a couple in a cafe who had done the same trip, picked up at 3.15am, dropped off at Auschwitz at 4.30am where nothing was open until 6.30am all shut up, no toilets, no cafe no nothing. I would not recommend using this company as a booking service.

Scam with tickets - Provider does not have tickets. These must still be purchased at the cash register on the day of the visit. Since there are only a limited number of tickets available per day, it is early to get up to the front of the queue. So nothing "skip the line tickets". In our case, we were picked up at 3:00 and finally entered the museum at 9:45. We've been sold skips-the-line tickets. 8:00 pick up=> 1.5 hours drive => 9:30-10:00 inside.
We were notified of this the afternoon before so there is no time to arrange anything else. This is premeditated with the excuse that no guide is available.... If 1) tickets have been purchased in advance (more expensive?) then that is not possible. or 2) Tickets cannot be purchased in advance, then you cannot offer them. So this is a scam!!
This is not an incident, but daily practice. Viator allows this kind of practice to persist is therefore in my view complicit in this scam

Don't reserve this tour. I booked 6:30 pickup and 10 minutes later receipt an email saying 3;00 am. - This tour operator is miserable and is not up from about having tickets or a pickup time. I booked a 6:30 pickup time and received an email 10 minutes later saying 3:00 am. Not even close. I understand probably waiting 2 hours once they got there.

Poor tour operator - Had booked a 10am pickup from my hotel they messsged me 6 minutes before the 24hour cancellation period to say my pickup had been changed to 3.25am from a random pickup point I contacted them when I finally seen the message and I’m still trying to get a refund

Don't trust viator. Let you down - Viator changed pickup time from 8am to 3am at the last min. Hotel pickup changed to other location. Communication non existant. Absolutely useless.

Scam - DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH VIATOR
We booked 6 tickets for Auschwitz for a tour starting at 10am, picked up at our hotel, at a cost of just over £320. At 4pm the day before the visit, I received an email saying they were changing the time of our collection to 3.20am!! They said this was because we would have to queue for tickets and it was the only way to guarantee we get them. They also offered a refund if we were not happy with this. At this point I asked for a refund, but as it was within 24hrs of the tour, I would need to email explaining the situation, which I did.....then, the following day, I was told I would not be getting a refund. I am now waiting for my cars issuer to reclaim the cost via a charge back. I am extremely disappointed woth the service from viator and the tour operator.
