Nice trip for those who like history. - The service is transfer from the hotel to Auschwitz. Still had to face line and buy tickets. We arrived at 6am and started only at 10am. The tour of Auschwitz Birkenau was OK. It's very interesting and sad at the same time. I think the place needs more pictures and a sequence to tell the story.

Wonderful life-time experience - The trip to the historic site was really great experience however the change of timing by the tour operator at the last hour was a bad experience. I booked for 8AM departure from the city, but I was told that the we have reach the pickup point by 4:15AM in the morning which means I have to wake up as early as 3AM to prepare. With me and my spouse, in our early sixties, it was not easy to wake up that early in the morning especially after taking some medicines for my neurological issue. Once we reached the museum at 5am in the morning, we waited for more than 3 hours before the ticket office opened and we had to queue for the ticket before entering the museum. However, after little hardship, the rest of the trip was really memorable and we thanked the tour guide and operator for arranging this tour. Little bad feelings in the beginning but overall the trip was really wonderful. I wish the tour operator understands this and make this one life-time experience a wonderful one.

A very sobering reminder of a terrible time in man’s history - The tour started with a change of pickup time from 8am to 4:15am, ouch. We had a long wait to get tickets/entry etc. but the hassle was well worthy it. To walk through a place that had so much horror is a very sobering experience indeed.

Auschwitz and Birkenhau. - Pick up was changed from 8am from our hotel to 4.15am and a 15 minute walk away location. We were dropped off 30 minutes walk away from our hotel. Arrived at Auschwitz at 5.45 am and waited until 9am for entry. The tour was rushed and we weren’t able to read any of the memorial plaques and information. The minibus was clean, comfortable and very well driven.

Auschwitz tour - Auschwitz and Birkenau were worth to visit, but the tour was not good as I expected. They just brought us to the place and arrange the ticket. Even I couldn't specify a pick-up and drop-off location. We were forced to queue to get a ticket for more than 2 hours, then had to wait for two more hours to enter. The tour guide was arranged by the museum. She was great. The balance between cost and value of the tour was not matched.

This is scam ..AVOID - We booked the tour for pick up at 0800. At 1800 on the day before they advised that the tour would depart at 0425! Also expect to wait for up to 3 hours at Auschwitz. I replied that was unacceptable. I said cancel and refund. I am still awaiting a refund. This is a complete scam.

Unfortunately I received... - Unfortunately I received a message via whatsapp at 4pm the day before the tour stating that our pick up time was changed from 08.00 to 04.10 am. When I questioned this, it was assumed that I was cancelling, even though when I messaged again to say we would still go, I was told that I had made it clear I wasn't going, & to look for a refund, which so far has proved futile.

Very poor - Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Initially it was indicated that we would be picked up at our hotel at 9:00 am, but eventually we had to be at a meeting point at 4:00 am, a 20-minute walk from our hotel. At 5:30 at Auschwitz, there we were waiting for hours: the organization did not yet have admission tickets and had to buy them on the spot when the box office only opened at 7:30 am. We didn't get our tickets until 8:20. The tour itself started at 9:00 am and was provided by an Auschwitz guide – which is standard with an entrance ticket. In short: the organization added little and the communication and organization left something to be desired. Entrance ticket costs €23 per person and we had to pay €100 per person!! Our previous booking with another organisation was cancelled a day before the tour!
