- Krakow - The tour commences with transportation from Krakow, with pickups starting in the Podgorze district, south of the city. The journey traverses the city, stopping at several meeting points. It takes approximately 40 minutes from the first to the last meeting point, which is Straszewskiego 14, Hotel Maltański. Pickup is arranged based on your booking selection. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is situated 65km outside Krakow, and the trip takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. All drivers are fully licensed with EU permissions for passenger transport. An English-speaking tour leader will be available to assist you throughout the journey. Upon arrival at Auschwitz, there will be a brief break for coffee or restroom use. A professional Auschwitz Museum guide will then lead you on the tour inside.
- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - The tour of Auschwitz begins by passing through airport-style security with metal detectors. You will walk through an underground tunnel to reach the original Auschwitz gate with the sign “Arbeit Macht Frei.” During the visit, you will explore many barracks featuring exhibits such as human hair, prisoners’ pottery, and photographs. The guide will also show you block 11, the site of the first gas chambers. Upon exiting the block, you will see the death wall and the gallows where Rudolf Höß was executed. Continuing on, you will enter the gas chamber and crematorium in Auschwitz I, which leaves a profound impression, illustrating the scale of the Holocaust. According to Auschwitz regulations, groups are limited to 30 people, and all visitors receive a headset to hear the guide.
- Brzezinka - After visiting the first camp, there will be a short break. Following this, a bus will take you to the second part of the tour at Auschwitz II Birkenau, located 3km from Auschwitz I, to continue the tour with your guide. Birkenau was the largest camp, covering 171 hectares, where nearly 100,000 prisoners were held. Here, you will see some of the prisoners’ wooden barracks, originally designed as horse stables, and the original freight wagon used to transport prisoners. During the tour, you will witness the ruins of four gas chambers and crematoria, providing a stark reminder of the Holocaust’s scale.
- Krakow - At the tour’s conclusion, you will walk to the car park for a short break. There is a bookstore, restaurant, and benches available for rest. After the break, you will be transported back to Krakow to one of two meeting points to avoid traffic congestion. Please note that Krakow is an old town with many one-way streets and traffic-restricted zones. Main streets are often congested. The tour leader will inform you of possible drop-off options based on current city traffic conditions.

Unorganized tour. - We had to be at the pick-up location at 3:30am in order to get to Auschwitz in time to get a ticket and secure a guide. We arrived at 5:45am, got to go into the W/C and cafe at 6:30am, got our ticket at 9:30am for a 11:30am tour slot. Apparently the museum controls the tickets and guides, and the tour companies book as many as they can, but have to arrive at the museum so early in order to get in line to secure their customers tickets and entry. Many people turned away and not guaranteed a spot. It could and should be run differently and more efficiently. The tour company should have someone stand in line for all guests. Very unorganized, otherwise I would have given a 5-star. Auschwitz is a must while visiting Krakow, just be prepared to wait or pay a very high price to be guaranteed entry.

Auschwitz and Birkenau - The coach collected us from the agreed area, although unsure initially which bus we were on, the tour guide made sure he located us and others so no issues. The journey was comfortable and the tour guide Jacob and Phillip looked after us well. The tour was very informative and it was good to do both camps as it helped tell the whole harrowing history. My only negative is that using a link to buy lunch boxes from the WhatsApp from the operator we appear to have been scammed as no lunches were sent to the coach and the money has been taken from my account. This appears to be from a different organisation than the tour operator. As many different companies are involved in the trip it is confusing who to contact but no response from anyone I’ve emailed so far. The tour operators were very apologetic and tried to help on the day. The tour and coach journey was excellent though. We entered to museums with no wait as fast tracked through with the guide.

Be cautious when booking - Auschwitz itself is an informative experience which we recommend everyone to do. The tour provided by this company is exceedingly lacking. The information provided by this tour operator was not accurate. When booking we were advised we would have an English speaking guide but in reality it was when an English speaking tour was available. This would have meant a wait of 5 to 6 hours.

Scam. Avoid at all costs - 2am pickup, then left freezing in snow for 3 hours at the gate with no tickets, no updates, no communication. Told to queue another 2 hours like it was normal.
Staff were rude and dismissive. Total chaos.
Then pressured into buying a so-called “comfort pack” for €100 extra just to survive the cold. We never even received it
Do not support this company.
Book direct or go private and pay more — this lot are not worth a cent.
If you go dress weather appropriate take seats and go to local gas station while In Queue to get warm coffee
As the queue it is literal hell
Book direct or pay more for private driver
