Private transfer from Krakow old town to the auschwitz - Learned a lot about the camps and what went on within them and what led to the creation and destruction of the camps. Transportation was great with little tips and information about places along the way to our destination with Piotr.

Something you have to see - The most sobering tour we have ever seen. However something I think everyone should make the effort to see.

Thank you Michal , top guy ! - Everything went very smooth and timings were perfect. Michal was a lovely enthusiastic guide who spoke great English and was extremely helpful. I missed the name of the tour guide (she called herself the ‘lady in red’ 😆) but she was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. Overall a great tour to see the devastating truth of the past and it was presented in such an informative way. Thank you !

Somber but essential visit - Given the location & history, this was a very somber & thought provoking trip. That said it’s something I’d recommend everybody, without exception, should undertake. It’s a time of sincere reflection & a realisation of the horrors that mankind can afflict on others. It emphasises the need to never be passive, to question and call out ideologies that drive towards anything vaguely resembling what was the holocaust. On a lighter note our guide on the tour was excellent, she kept an informative, sincere & respectful commentary throughout. Not the easiest job given the nature of the tour, our guide Michal was engaging, friendly and a great companion in getting us to and from the venue. Proud of his country and so he should be!

Relieved and pleased with the efficent experience - We were concerned at the some reviews in relation to other tour providers that had brought forward the pick up time significantly or had cancelled at the last minute. We were extremely relieved to be picked up on time and get fast track access to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Mateusz (Matt) was our driver and confirmed the night before the time and location of our pick up at our hotel. He was courteous and helpful and ensured our entry into Auschwitz at the start was smooth and easy. Our English speaking tour guide was informative. We then moved onto Birkenau for the second tour. Then finally returned safely back to Krakow. We would recommend.

Exceptional transfer - The transfer, both to and from, was very pleasant. Mathew, the driver, is a very friendly, responsible and punctual person. His conversation is enjoyable, giving relevant information about the given Polish reality, pointing out interesting places ; and helped a lot by facilitating some arrangements, such as obtaining a wheelchair for my wife, quickly
