Auschwitz trip 100% recommend. - Picked up at 6.:30am from our hotel as we were booked for the first English guided tour at 9.30am. Our driver was so friendly and polite and couldn’t do any more for us. He offered to take us to a service station for a restroom break/coffee stop on our way to Auschwitz which again a good reason to use the company. We were the only people on our trip, myself and son which we preferred so we weren’t having to stop at several hotels. I tend to suffer from travel sickness with several stops so I’m willing to pay the extra cost. Our driver gave us the information we needed when we arrived regarding the free shuttle bus to Birkenhau as I hadn’t used the shuttle on my previous visit. Our super driver walked us straight to the entrance although he had already given us our name printed tickets, which I appreciated wasn’t necessary but small personal touches go a long way and this is the reason I will use this company again when visiting Krakow. We arranged to meet after the tour of museum and camp which was just over 3 hours. A smooth ride back to our hotel with ConnectbyKrakow. Highly recommended and a pleasure from my initial query. There are too many ‘tour guides’ horror stories so if you’re like my family and would prefer a seamless experience from start to finish albeit paying a little more than the other companies I can’t recommend them enough. We paid a deposit initially and our balance was paid on the day. Highly recommended and a huge thank you.

Trip to Auchwitz - The visit was so nice I would definitely recommend. It was emotional but everyone in their lifetime should experience this. Our driver was so helpful he picked me up right on time and throughout the ride he told the history of each visit. I would definitely recommend.

Good alternative to part-guided tour to Auswitch and Birkenau! - We had a good experience with part-guided tour to Auswitch and Birkenau. Our guide Marcel had an easy to understand English and he gave neat and good information! This is a good option if you do not want to follow a guide all the time. We got a QR code where we could get more information inside Auswitch 1 and 2, but first we drove around Auswitch 2- Birkenau to understand how large the area was and we stopped at Jøderampen where we were told what happened there. After that we drove to Auswitch 1 and we got 1.5 hours there. Afterwards we were angled to Birkenau and got 1 hour and 10 min there, but we could adjust the time a little even with the shuttle bus of 6 min between the camps. Our daughter has been on guided tour there earlier and she experienced seeing more now as we walked around ourselves. Recommended!

For a better experience - That we need more time: 15h-15h30 until 17h30-17h45 is not enough. That having a guided tour seems really desirable
