Excellent Trip - Would definitely recommend this trip. Excellent communication throughout. Picked up on time at our hotel, excellent driving by the driver, looked after all day by the driver, lunch offered was fresh and nice. Can't fault at all!

Great Communication, Excellent Driver, Compassionate Guide - Today was an excellent experience. The communication from the company before the trip was prompt and courteous. Information on who will be picking up, the type and registration of the vehicle was included to ensure I knew what to expect. As a solo traveller, I found this very reassuring.
Our driver Jan was super friendly and knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his job. He explained the process, what to expect at the venue and answered questions along the route. His driving was comfortable and he made sure everyone understood what happens next.
The tour itself was great, very informative and our guide was very compassionate about the terrible things that happened at Auschwitz and Birkenau.
My only feedback would be the guide should allow more time to take photos as I often got left behind of the group and had to catch up. The guide did make allowances for this though and overall was a great experience.

Visit to aushwitz - An unforgettable experience, really recommend this experience. Damien our driver was punctual, curtious and made the day streamlined and a fantastic if not somber. Everyone should visit this amazing experience in their lifetime. We should never ever forget this horrendous genocide

10/10 - Literally just got back to our room and it was amazing. Would do this again 100% our driver was brilliant, he looked after us the whole day and made sure we got there and back safely Thankyou Daniel 🙂

Excellent tour, including pick-up - Great experience - Wiktor from Touristico kept us up-to-date via WhatsApp several days in advance, including time for our hotel pick up and offering an option to purchase a packed lunch. Daniel was our driver and arrived promptly (exactly on time), drove smoothly to/between/from destinations, was friendly and gave clear instructions. Our guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau (Monika) was excellent - very informative, spoke great English, and took the tour at a steady pace. The difficult subject matter was handled sensitively. An excellent tour from start to finish.

Interesting with good guide - Excellent trip overall. We were picked up from our hotel in Krakow, approx 1.5 hours travel to destination.
Our guide was excellent, very informative and the ear phones were good. It was interesting however extremely sad as expected. A lot of walking over two sites so wear comfortable shoes.
Only downside was we originally booked a morning trip which was changed to the afternoon only the day before the trip which was inconvenient for other plans we had made.

Would give it 3 out of 5 stars - Tour guide at the camps very rushed, almost ran our group between stopping points. Answered no questions. Driver of vehicle was very good & very helpful.
