• Krakow - The tour commences with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Krakow. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is situated in the town of Oswiecim, approximately 65 kilometers away, taking about 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach.
• Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - The visit starts as you enter through the gate of Auschwitz I, the initial camp established by the Germans in 1940 as a detention center for Polish citizens following the country’s annexation. Above the entrance is the notorious sign Arbeit Macht Frei (“Work Makes You Free”), one of the camp’s most recognizable symbols.

The guide will describe the harsh living conditions, brutal selections, and experiments conducted by Nazi doctors such as Josef Mengele. The tour concludes with the story of the camp’s liberation on January 27, 1945 – a powerful reminder that such tragedies must never be repeated.
