Excellent tour - worth every penny - I booked a Krakow to Auschwitz Birkenau guided tour for my daughter and i via the Tui app, with a company called Hello Cracow . There were lots of other tours to choose from online at varying costs , but i read all the reviews from each and chose this one. I wanted a tour for smaller groups , not be on a coach with lots of people with multiple pick ups and drop offs , this was the most expensive on offer at the time BUT it was worth every single penny we paid and i can’t recommend it enough . The trip included 2 way transfers from your hotel , tickets for both camps , as well as the guided tour of each camp. Hello cracow were honestly fantastic , they messaged me well before the trip with all the details ,exact pick up times , name of the driver , registration number of the vehicle etc and everything just went like clockwork …..the driver was exactly on time , the van was comfortable and spacious - there were 8 of us in total - we were even offered a packed lunch to purchase if needed as it’s a long day - 7 hours- and there are no eating facilities between the camps . when we arrived we met Richard , our tour guide , and again i can’t praise him enough - we were given headphones to listen to him speak , which was easy and very clear, obviously both camps were very busy and full of other tours , but the whole thing was so respectfully delivered and at just the right pace , he told the sad stories with such feeling , we didn’t feel rushed at any point , and of course Richard was more than happy to answer any questions people had . It was the first time my daughter and i had visited poland and also travelled on our own abroad , we both felt very safe , looked after , and reassured - it definitely gave our confidence a boost , and we are so glad we went well done Hello Cracow !

Highly recommend - I did this with my mum and sister, we got picked up at the K&R stop which was very easy to find. The driver was fantastic, very accommodating and the tour guide herself was wonderful - she was very knowledgeable.

An emotionally moving tour - We booked through Trip Advisor with Hello Cracow. Highly recommend. Option of different pick ups and could then chose a different drop off on the way back to explore more of Krakow after the tour. The guides were amazing at getting you back to the coaches without feeling rushed. A very moving experience which really brings to life all we had learnt at school in history. The size of the camps brings home the impact the camps had during the war. Seeing the gas chamber was eerie and emotional. For those interested in history this is a must do tour.

Very humbling place to be! - Very humbling place to be. Our guide was really emotional when she spoke of the atrocities that went on in the camp, which pushed home the reality of what went on there. Would definitely recommend this.

A good way to visit, see some of the key focal points, hear some history and all from the comfort of a golf buggy. - Roch was our guide, he was very enthusiastic, helpful and provided additional information to supplement the audio feed which provided the majority of the information but human delivery is always more engaging. The tour incorporated the key locations and allowed for us to stop and visit two of the main churches which was good although one was undergoing refurbishment so access was limited. Rochs driving was excellent and the buggy was clean and went like a dream.
