The complex offers a variety of attractions such as water basketball, volleyball, waterfalls, a wild river, inflatable slides, and more, although some are only available during the summer. There are special zones designed for children. Additionally, visitors can satisfy their hunger at the on-site restaurant.
Please be aware that if you wish to use the saunas, the complex regulations require entering them without clothing.

Chochołow Thermal Baths stand as the largest thermal complex in the Podhale region. The pool water is sourced from nearly 3,600 meters underground and is enriched with nutrients like sulfur, magnesium, sodium, and calcium, which are believed to offer health and therapeutic benefits. There are over 30 swimming pools in total, with water temperatures ranging from 32 to 36 degrees Celsius. Water barrels are available both indoors and outdoors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable Zakopane experience - Our Zakopane tour was the highlight of our trip.
The views of the Tatra Mountains are breathtaking and feel like something straight out of a postcard. The funicular ride was a fantastic experience, with incredible panoramic views and plenty of time at the top to take photos and soak in the scenery.
The cheese and vodka tasting was great. We loved learning about the traditional smoked cheese, tasting it fresh with cranberry sauce, and sampling local vodkas. It was a great way to experience local culture and traditions.
The thermal baths were the best and a perfect way to end the day. After a full day of sightseeing, relaxing in the warm outdoor pools with mountain views was pure bliss. The facilities were clean, well organised, and incredibly relaxing. We could easily have stayed there all day.
What truly made this trip exceptional, however, was our driver Piotr. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and he made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and having the best possible experience. Nothing was too much trouble - from adjusting timings, offering helpful tips, answering questions, and his positive attitude and attention to detail turned a great tour into an unforgettable one.
If you’re considering a Zakopane tour this is the one. Amazing sights, great activities, seamless organisation, and a driver who truly made the day special. Highly recommended!

Great day in Zakopane and Thermal baths - Our experience was only positive. Our driver Piotr was very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the challenging weather and road conditions he stayed positive throughout and he made the drive feel safe!
For the price we paid it was a great day with lots of different and enjoyable experiences throughout.

Fantastic trip to the mountains and baths - Piotr was brilliant driving in the poor conditions and explaining everything to us as we went along.
Views from Zakopane were stunning despite poor visibility due to snowfall and the short trip for cheese and wine was a welcome break from the lengthy drive.
At the spa Piotr explained what to do, where to go and made sure we all had a fantastic time.
A must do when visiting Krakow!

Fantastic tour for quality time with family - Amazing tour for some quality time with the family. It is well designed, the first half includes activities in Zakopane and surroundings followed by relaxation at the thermal baths.
Oskar was a great driver and guide and made sure to tend to all our needs. He was also very informative!

A fantastic full day out - A fantastic full day out. Picked up at 8am and after a brief stop to try some local sheep’s cheese and cranberry we then spent 3 hours enjoying the snow, scenery and exploring in Zakopane. The day finished with another 3 hours relaxing in the thermal spa - the outdoors pools in particular were a very special experience. Our guide Michael was extremely friendly and informative throughout, often giving tips on how to get the most out of our stops. Would highly recommend this trip!

Great trip & great guide the night time visit was perfect - The pickup was super easy and the communication with the company was great from start to finish. Michal was amazing really friendly and helpful. He had English music playing in the bus and explained everything so well. Even though there was some traffic, the drive still felt smooth and stress-free. The thermal pools were beautiful, and going at night meant it wasn’t too busy, which made it even nicer. Overall, we had a really nice experience!

Amazing experience very straight forward - Piotr was our driver and was extremely friendly and informative. He made the process very straightforward, walking us into the reception and doing everything for us. He also told us about different things we could do and see while on the drive. Highly recommend. The thermal baths were beautiful and also a lovely experience which I recommend doing.

The Thermal Springs were very invigorating indeed. - Our Thermal Springs experience was very good all the way though.

Excellent value day trip from Krakow - Excellent day trip with Matthew who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also flexible, giving us extra tips. The vodka and cheese tasting were nice and authentic, Zakopane was great to see with lots of market stalls and the thermal baths were also great.
