Auschwitz and birkenau trip - Simon our driver was prompt and on time and also sending out WhatsApp messages to where exactly we had to be! Comfortable transport and as a nervous passenger his driving was spot on :)

Great communication & friendly team - Julian was brilliant at arranging a tour and transfer to Auschwitz with short notice. The communication was great and the price very fair. Our chaperone and driver to the camp was Damien, who was very nice and explained the process very well. We’re travelling as a couple and shared our transfer with 3 other tourists. Once inside both camps, you experience the tour with a guide provided by the Auschwitz organisation, which is typical for many tour operators offering this service from Krakow. We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone looking to do this while visiting Krakow.

Great !! Skeptical at first due to minimum reviews but so worth it - This was fantastic, driver was amazing and worth the time and money. Great communication and follow up. We booked this tour the day before (do not recommend) but it ended up great and we felt safe and comfortable with our driver

Great driver, Damian. And great day at Auchtwitz - Great experience with Damian the driver. Thank you for everything. We had a great day and couldn’t have done it without him. Auchtwitz itself was well worth the visit, unbelievable what people went through such a short time ago.

Auschwitz Tour - Our tour guide Damien was extremely helpful & friendly. The experience of Auschwitz is very humbling indeed. If you are going to do this tour Don’t forget to take photo ID Either passport or drivers license You will be refused entry if you don’t have it.

Disappointing museum guide - The transportation to and from Auschwitz/Birkenau was on time and highly professional. Unfortunately, the museum guide for the “English tour” exhibited poor English that was difficult to understand. Furthermore, the large number in the group and the pace we had to maintain in the confined spaces of the buildings at Auschwitz made it difficult to focus and imagine the horrors being described. At Birkenau, the lack of headphones contributed to the difficulty in understanding the guide. Furthermore, the long distances walked yielded little in new information and that information could have been delivered in a presentation at the entrance to the site. Some of the narrative was confusing, and questions were not answered effectively because of the guide’s limited English proficiency.

Informative and emotional - Very informative and emotional day Our driver Damion was very good and professional. The only downside of the trip was that the company had booked a coupe that were flying home that day and the second part of the excursion was cut short by half the time I felt this as very unfair as we had paid for the full excursion The company should rethink their booking criteria
