Our office is located 1 minute from the Main Square, along Wislna Street 4 in the Courtyard (customers have to pass the hallway to reach the office).
There is also a tram stop "Filharmonia" nearby.

Krakow bike tour - Pedro our Brazilian guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about Krakow. We discovered all the old town and historical facts .
Great tour would highly recommend. We had pedal bikes , e scooters and a Segway all on the same tour and it worked .

A great introduction to the city of Krakow - This was a great experience as we hadn’t been to krakow before. Irene our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All the main interesting parts of the city were covered with plenty of stops. Lots of helpful hints about places to go and visit further and tips for eating etc.
If you have two hours to spare I highly recommend this tour I feel like I’ve learned so much. And Irene is extremely competent and skilled at her job - a lovely person.

Bike Tour of Krakow - Very enjoyable bike tour of the town with Arturo. He is a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide, and we saw some key areas of the city which we explored further a couple of days later.

Great bike ride! To do without hesitation 😉 - Great bike ride! Pedro is a professional, very friendly and passionate guide, who speaks English perfectly and knows how to make the tour lively, pleasant and friendly. A great way to discover Krakow in a short time. Not to be missed! I highly recommend it!

Entertaing old town tour - We really had an enjoyable tour of Krakow old town. Arthur is very knowledgeable and entertaining proving info and many laughs along the way. We would recommend this tour as a way of getting a feel for the old city and a chance to interact with old town life. Hats off to Arthur for a great morning.

Skillful guide - Nice bike tour around the old town, skilled, English-speaking guide who taught us a lot about the history of the city. That we were only 4 participants and that the weather was fine did not make the trip worse.

Disorganized, confusing tour - The only thing memorable was trying to find the location and nobody was there. This other couple that had a Segway tour were puzzled too. He called to see why the guide wasn't there and was told he'd be there soon. Finally he arrived late. There were no instructions for the people on the Segway. No helmets for us on bikes. The guide would start talking before the four of us were off our bikes or parked the Segway. The guide was nice enough but very disappointed. I would not advise anyone to pay for this. Take the Free Walking Tours instead.

This was not a bike tour! - I booked a bike tour and we were tagged on to a Segway tour - about 12 segways , 4 of us on bikes. Half an hour was spent sortingSegways thrn we were quickly given bikes without checking seat heights etc. My husband had to change helmet and guide had already headed off so my husband got left behind and only found us after I phoned him. The segways were not riding in single file and were blocking paths,.I was embarrassed to be part of the group. I don't think segways are appropriate in such a busy tourist area with relatively narrow streets and paths. The group was too big ,there should have been two guides to control the segways and check we were all flowing.
The guide was very informative and we did learn a lot but orverall though we very disappointed with this experience. It was clear it was all about the segways. The bikes were simply hired from a cycle hire place down the road .
