Very enjoyable and good fun. - Arthur was an excellent guide for this two hour trip. The Segways were great fun and easy to operate. Arthur was knowledgeable and spoke good English.
I would recommend this tour.

Informative, fun and fast way to see Krakow! - Excellent tour of Krakow. Small group, excellent guide (Pablo) with a mix of good knowledge and humour to tell the story of Kraków’s past. From the market square to the castle, Barbican, dragon and basilica, and everything in-between we were hosted brilliantly. Segway is also a fun, safe and speedy way to take it all in. Highly recommended tour which is a must when visiting the wonderful city of Krakow. The tour covered the old town thoroughly but not the Jewish quarter (separate tour) so worth checking before booking if you have a preference. The company were excellent; friendly, flexible and a mix of funny tales to tell the story of Krakow and Poland’s interesting (and often dark) history. Highly recommended tour operator.

Fun way to see Krakow!! - We had a terrific time circling Krakow on segways! Our tour guide was fantastic. He knew so much information about the buildings and where they are and where they used to be. Kraków is a beautiful city, very vibrant, clean, and beautiful. Thank you for showing us about!

Exceptional - Two teenagers and their mom had a segway tour with IRENE. We had an absolutely brilliant time with her she was such a friendly welcoming girl. We had such a fun time and I cannot recommend this enough. We are not hugely into history and this tour was the perfect amount of info, fun and time. So easy use the segway (great instruction given at start) we were smiling the whole time going around, genuinely delighted with this tour of fantastic kraków.

Best way to learn about Krakow and its history! - A brilliant tour with Irene and Pedro, thanks so much for photos and videos too, can highly recommend! If in summer book an early tour as it gets very hot!

Extraordinary experiences - We did a Segway tour with Arthur through the old town of Krakow as a beginner. The tour was very interesting, Arthur was competent, funny and very attentive to us. We liked the ride with the Segway and Arthur as city guide so much that we booked a tour of the Jewish Quarter the next day.

Fun way to see the old town - Was a great way to tour the old town, highly recommend. This was our first time using a Segway and our tour guide gave us a bit of a practice before we set off. Had a brilliant time and our guide Arthur was very knowledgeable and entertaining, despite the very heavy rain a first class experience enjoyed by us all. Thank you Arthur

Kept Breaking down - The Segway experience was enjoyable, guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our segways broke down on 3 occasions, apparently due to the cold weather. So there was a lot of wasted time standing around waiting for the boss to turn up to swap them over. We didn’t get to see all of the sites due to this and they didn’t extend the time. My husband dragged one of the segways back to the office in the end, the guide disappeared and didn’t offer to help or swap with his working Segway. Overall it put a bit of a downer on the day and we didn’t get offered any kind of compensation. Maybe get operate better in the warmer weather, who knows.
